Visit Bariloche and the Seven Lakes region

Bariloche, a small city between the lakes and the mountains, is the starting point for many excursions in the surrounding area. If you are not afraid of heights, you can ride up to 3,000 feet above the city in a chairlift. From there, enjoy the magnificent view of Bariloche and its jewel, Nahuel Huapi Lake. The lake is located in Nahuel Huapi National Park, where you can go for a walk along the shoreline and admire the local wildlife.

These sites get their names from the Mapuche community, an Aboriginal people in the region whose traditions you can discover by living in immersion with them for two days and participating in their daily activities.
