This village of 7000 inhabitants is a jewel of wild beauty and serenity Manambato lies on Lake Rasoabe, which is crossed by the Pangalanes Canal. The region is 99% rural and the inhabitants live mainly from rice, coffee, maize, vanilla and potato farming.

My suggestion:
I advise you to enjoy a fine freshly-caught grilled fish straight out of the teeming waters of Lake Rasoabe.
My review

The simple villages and bright smiles on the faces of the inhabitants will leave you with beautiful memories.

If you have chosen a relaxing holiday, you will be in paradise here! The lagoon landscape and the pristine beaches of fine sand open their arms to you in this beautiful setting. For the more sporty, there is a wide choice of nautical activities: windsurfing, kitesurfing, paragliding... the forest reserve rich in fauna and native palms is also there to be explored.
