The best time to visit Vietnam is the dry season, which lasts from October until April. There are also differences in climate between the north and the south of the country. The winters are cold and misty in the north, while the south enjoys hot, humid weather almost all year round. Head for the north between September and November, when the temperatures are pleasant, while the best time to visit the south is between December and April. Leave in search of a unique civilization set in a superb landscape.

This has been a good trip designed to add on to another tour provided by someone else. The highlights were the time at Halong Bay and in Hoi An, but that's because we like smaller places. Hanoi and HCM are very busy!

We traveled North to South Vietnam for 21 days. We learned a lot about history, wars and conflicts, religions, food and agriculture. We were a group of 10 people, family and friends. It rolled smoothly without any reasons to stress or fight. The guides were well aware of the rythme of the group. We particularly enjoyed the activities in the North. The train to Nonkai and the villages we Also the trip on the Mekong. We ended in a beautiful place on Phu Quoc island.
