This itinerary has been crafted by our Local Agency with one idea in mind: to inspire you. Every element can be adapted to your needs and your interests, from duration to accommodation and activities.

Day 1: Arrival in Tashkent

• Transfer from the airport to the hotel.

• If you wish, you can spend time of your own, otherwise here are some suggested places to visit:

1. Complex of Khast-i-Imam, religious center of Tashkent. 

2. Beautiful madrasa Kukeldash and Juma Mosque.

3. The biggest Bazaar of Uzbekistan, Chorsu.

4. Explore beautiful and unusual underground stations of Tashkent.

5. Visiting Amir Timur Square and Independence Square.

Day 2: Explore Samarkand

• After breakfast we will take the train to Samarkand.

• Free time to explore Samarkand.

• We suggest you visiting these following places: 

1. The Registan Square (“Sandy Place”), the ensemble of three madrasahs. A unique example of town-building art, a remarkable pattern of the architectural planning of the main town square.

2. The Gur-Amir Mausoleum – a world known masterpiece of Central Asian architecture, the family crypt of the great dynasty of Tamerlane, with a fine ribbed dome and decorated with paper-maché inside.

3. The Pearl of Samarkand – Bibi Khanum Mosque. Constructed in 1399 by the best architects and artisans of Khorossan, Azerbaijan, Persia and India, the mosque was compared on the beauty and shining with the Milky Way. 

4. The Siyab Bazaar - the most ancient and biggest in Samarkand.

Day 3: Visit to the theatre of historical costume "El Merosi"

• After breakfast at the hotel, we recommend a visit to these places:

1. Hovrenko wine factory. The most famous winemakers in Uzbekistan саn bе found in Samarkand.  For discovering all tastes of uzbek wine we recommend you to visit Museum of wine making named after hovrenko. We саn arrange wine tasting for you here and then you will have opportunity to buy bottle of wine.

2. Konigil paper factory. Here you can watch a paper making process with your own eyes. From the time of Great Silk Road, Samarkand was the first city in Central Asia, where hand-made silk рарег was produced. This place is also good for walking around and feel natural views.

3. In the evening you can visit the theatre of historical costume "El Merosi". The theatre shows the traditions of local people, existing from ancient time to present and national costumes of different epochs.

Day 4: Mausoleum of Hodja Daniyar

• After breakfast at the hotel, we recommend a visit to these places:

1. The Shakhi-Zinda ensemble with more than 20 buildings, built from early XI up to XIV cc. Each mausoleum has its own style of decoration and great fantasy of skillful artisans. 

2. The Mausoleum of Hodja Daniyar.

3. The Observatory of Ulugbek, the first observatory in Central Asia, built in XIV c.

4. Afrasiab Museum.

Day 5: Walking around in the old town

• After breakfast you will have some free time to explore the city. At noon, we will take the traain to Bukhara. From there you will be transferred to the hotel.

Day 6: Free time to explore Bukhara

• After breakfast you will have free time to explore Bukhara. For example you can visit:

1. The Architectural complex Poi-Kalyan. 

2. The madrasa of Ulug Beg and Abdulaziz Khan.

3. Tim Abdullah Khan – a covered bazaar built in 1577.

4. Magok -i Attari Mosque. One of the oldest architectural monuments where you will find heathen shrines, the remains of a Buddhist monastery, a Zoroastrian Temple in Bukhara.

5. Architectural ensemble Laybi-Hauz. It consists of three monumental buildings: Kukeldash madrassa and two other religious buildings: Hanaka on the west and Madrasah of Nadir Divan-Begi on the east.

Day 7: Continue to explore Bukhara

• Today, continue to explore Bukhara. Here are some “must see” s:

1. Ark-Citadel – a residence of Bukhara khans, a massive fortress, built and occupied around the 5th century AD.

2. Bolo-Hauz Mosque, built in the 17th century, was a place of prayer for the Emirs and their entourage. It is the only preserved monument in Registan Square that includes: multi-column aivan, domed mosque, minaret and a small pool.

3. The mausoleum of Ismail Samani, one of the most ancient monuments in the city;

4. Mausoleum Chashma Ayub.

• At noon, we will  take the train to Khiva where you will check/in at your hotel.

Day 8: Free day to explore Khiva

• Free day to explore Khiva!

• You can visit the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Ichan Kala for example. 

• Ichan Kala is the inner town (protected by brick walls some 10 m high) of the old Khiva oasis, which was the last resting-place of caravans before crossing the desert to Iran.

Day 9: Tashkent by domestic train

• Breakfast at hotel and then some free time for shopping, walking around old town and etc.

• In the  afternoon we take the train back to Tashkent.

Day 10: End of trip

• In the early morning we will arrive to Tashkent. You will then be transferred to the airport.
