Pagudpud is a seaside town in the far north of the Philippines.

My suggestion:
It's worth going on a guided tour: they're inexpensive and will make your visit worthwhile.
My review

During your trip to the Philippines, you'll find that Pagudpud is an increasingly touristy destination, thanks to its calm atmosphere and lovely scenery. There are loads of activities for tourists to enjoy. You'll find gorgeous beaches, great hikes, stunning waterfalls and breathtaking views. I was particularly impressed by the viaduct that runs along the coast - it's 31m above sea level and 1,3km long!

Near to Bangu you'll find a coastal wind farm.

You can organise guided tours with locals, who'll be more than happy to take you around the numerous tourist attractions on offer. I recommend you take along a guide if you go trekking, as hiking through the jungle to the Kabigan waterfall is tricky and their expertise will make your outing a lot easier.
