Day 1: International arrival

Our representative will be at the airport to receive you and transfer you to your hotel. Enjoy few hours of rest before the beginning of your trip.

Day 2: Fly upper the mountain

Your flight to Lukla takes place early in the morning. Your support staff will be waiting at the airport to start directly your trek to Phakding.


The trek to Phakding is an easy walk. The trek will take you through pastoral lands through several small villages and farms. 


3-hours walk to reach the entrance of the national park and already beautiful landscapes.


Sites visited in the activity: Stone wall, Mani stone, Prayers Wheels, Painted Mani Stones and Pemacholing monastery (500 years old).

Day 3: Trek to Namche

An easy trail today to Monjo, where you will stop for lunch, will take you through the pine trees. During your walk you will admire the distant snow-capped peaks. You will encounter few impressive waterfalls and cross some yaks pasture.

After Lunch, you start your trek through the wooded valley on a good trail crossing the river through high suspension bridge. Just after the bridge the climb towards Namche began, it will be long and difficult but you will be rewarded by your first view on Mount Everest. 


Trekking to Monjo (2835m) : Easy trail of 3 hours following the Dudh Koshi river and crossing local villages.


Trekking to Namche (3440m) : 2 hours ascent to reach the famous capital of Sherpa.

Sites visited in the activity: First view point of Kongde Ri, Dudh Koshi river, The climb towards Namche is known as “Namche Ko Ukalo” meaning the uphill of Namche, First view point of Everest, suspension bridges.

Day 4: Acclimatation day in Namche

Namche Bazaar is the main center of the Khumbu region so you will find here all the facilities : internet, ATM’s, restaurants, bars and even Starbuck...

Your guide will take you though the little streets of the city and the colourful market where you can observe traditional Sherpa way of life.

You will explore the surroundings and enjoy flora and fauna found at such altitude. 

You can also continue to the lovely villages of Khumjung and Kunde where a clinic and a school have been opened thanks to the Sir Edmund Hilary Foundation.
Visit of Namche : Easy walk around the city.

Optional walk to Khumjung and Kunde : 5 hours walk round trip.

Sites visited in the activity: View on Lhotse, le Nuptse, l'Everest, l'Ama Dablam, Street market, Clinic and school opened thanks to Sir Edmund Hilary Foundation, picturesque villages + Everest view, Khumjung Gompa.

Day 5: Trek to Tengboche

The trek to Phunki where you stop to eat is flat and easy. You will cross rhododendrons forests and admire the wild nature.

After lunch you will ascend towards Tengboche where is located the biggest monastery of the Khumbu region. A long way going uphill will make your ascend harder.
Tengboche monastery visit : Visit of an old Tibetan Monastry from where you will have a wonderful  panoramic view of the Himalayas. You can also observe a Buddhist religious ceremony.

Trek to Tengboche (3870m) : 6-hours walk including a long climb at the end.

Sites visited in the activity: Tengboche monastery, Memorial stupa, View on Himalaya range.

Accommodation: Local Lodge.

Day 6: Trek to Dingboche

Walk forward a rhododendron forest followed by a bridge over the raging Imja khola (River) in order to reach Pangboche for lunch.

Regular climb with some short steep passages towards  Dingboche. Superb views of the Kangtenga, Thamserku and Ama Dablam the "white lady", "Mother of the Sherpas".
Trek to Pangboche (3985m) : 2-hours flat walk inside the valley.

Trek to Dingboche (4360m) : 4-hours walk uphill with some difficult passages.

Sites visited in the activity: Pangboche village is the biggest settlement of the Sherpa in the region, Big chorten, Gompa, Incredible view on the mountains range.

Day 7: Trek to Lobuche

An alpine meadow slopes gently up to Thukla Ridge, at the foot of Lobuche Peak. After crossing the village, last steep climb takes you to Lobuche.

As the trail drops to the incredible Khumbu Glacier moraine, you will face great peaks.
Trek to Lobuche (4600m) : 6-hours walk in a snowy landscape.

Sites visited in the activity: View on Nuptse, Pumori, Langtren, Khumbu Glacier and Ice waterfall.

Day 8: Trek to Everest Base Camp

From Lobuche, the trail leads to the moraine of the Khumbu glacier which must be climbed by a difficult zigzagging. The slope softens as the trail opens onto the large Gorakshep plate.

EBC is approximately 3.4km away from Gorakshep. As you walk across the rocks towards the many prayer flags that mark the spot, you will arrive at Everest Base Camp.

After taking photography and enjoying the moment, you head back towards Gorakshep for the overnight.
Trek to Gorakshep (5170m) : 4-hours climb. 

Trek to Everest base camp (5364m) : 3:30 round tour to reach the EBC.

Day 9: Trek to Kalapathar and to Pheriche

Kalapathar is the highest point of the Everest trek. The ascent is not technical but the last part is difficult because of the altitude. The summit offers outstanding panoramic views of Everest and other high peaks of Khumbu.

Back to Gorakshep for lunch before to begin by a nice descent facing the Ama Dablam. It goes down slightly in the balcony above the tumultuous river.


Trek to Kalapathar : 4-hours round tour to go on the highest point of the trek.


Trek to Pheriche : 4-hours of easy walk.

Sites visited in the activity: panoramic views of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Makalu, Ama Dablam, Cholatse, Khumbu glacier, Syomare, a superb stepped village, monastery of Pangboche (Built during the 6th century).

Day 10: Trek to Namche

You engage again in a long descent through a sparse forest to reach the bottom of a valley where you find the river Imja Khola that you follow.

You climb slightly in the forest until Kyanjima. And from Kyanjima you move on flat terrain to Namche.


Trek to Namche (2835m) : 8-hours of an easy walk. 

Sites visited in the activity: The view of the high peaks, suspension bridge, Tengboche (village of Tenzing Norgay), Tengboche monastry.

Day 11: Trek to Lukla

After breakfast, you leave for Lukla via a small mountain trail. You cross Banker and arrive at Phakding where you have lunch. You finish your trek by a last climb with a positive elevation of 200 meters!

It's time to say goodbye to your trekking team before spending your last night in the mountains.


Trek to Lukla (2850m) : 8-hours of an easy walk with a little difficulty at the end.

Sites visited in the activity: Chaurikharka School, Kyongma Monastery.

Day 12: Fly back to Kathmandu

After breakfast, you will take a flight back to Kathmandu. A short but spectacular flight with, in clear weather, a breathtaking view of the mountains.

At your arrival in Kathmandu airport, your will be transfer to your hotel where you can rest.

Day 13: Free day in Kathmandu

Today you have the choice, you can ask us for a guided tour of the main sites of the city.


We also offer you the opportunity to participate in an immersive and exclusive activity with a traditional craftsman. A fun activity for the whole family. The best memory you can bring back!


Music workshop : For all the music lovers, learn how to make a traditional flute and how to play it or make a Manda, the beats of which almost all Nepali folk songs are atuned to.
