Vista Flores is a little Argentinian town in the Uco Valley, about 100km from Mendoza.

My suggestion:
If you're in the area during February, head 10km down the road to Tunuyán for the Festival de la Tonada, one of the country's biggest music festivals.
My review

About 100km to the southwest of Mendoza, by the Tunuyán River, you'll find Vista Flores. Nestled in the Uco Valley, in the heart of an Argentinian wine producing region, this charming town is home to around 5,000 residents.

Sitting at 1,500m, the local wine is known for its deep purple colour. It's thanks to the altitude and temperature fluctuations that Vista Flores wines have a fruity character. Activities in the area include visits to the bodegas, the Argentinian wine cellars,  as well as numerous bike trails and restaurants serving local, culinary delights. It's a great place for a romantic getaway and I recommend you stay in one of the many hotel/spas that are dotted around the area.

If you're in Vista Flores around February, make sure you take a trip to Tunuyán, which is 10km away and hosts one of Argentina's big musical events - the Festival de la Tonada.
