Lake Fagnano, also known by its Indian name, Lake Cami, is about 60 km from Ushuaia, near the little town of Tolhuin, in Tierra del Fuego.

My suggestion:
If you want to get to the lake shore then choose an off-road vehicle.
My review

Lake Fagnano is on the island of Tierra del Fuego, about one and a half hours by road from Ushuaia, in Argentine and Chilean Patagonian. This immense lake covers almost half the island, and measures about 590 km2.

In order to get to Fagnano and Escondido lakes we hired a vehicle in Ushuaia. After long kilometres in magnificent countryside we got to Paso Garibaldi from where we had a marvellous view over the Patagonian lake surrounded by southern forest.

We stopped for a picnic near Fagnagno Waterfall and loved the calm of the place. There were practically no other tourists that day. Then we went to Tolhuin before going back to Ushuaia.
