A very touristy Greek city on the seaside.
My suggestion:
If you love looking at ancient sites then the best time to see this site is in low season, when you will avoid the tourists.
My review
When I went to Side I visited the whole of this ancient city which has a lot to see. It was a very pleasant cultural visit as the ruins look out over the sea. However, Sidé is a very touristy town, there are a lot of merchants and the village is very busy in high season. To get away from the crowds you need to leave the main streets and get away from the site's food and relaxation area.
