Situated just opposite Vis Island, the tiny island of Bisevo is well known for its Blue Grotto.

My suggestion:
In summer, you should go in the late morning between 10am and 13pm, as that's the time of day when the sun enters the grotto and gives the water its unique colour.
My review

Almost uninhabited (just 15 people a year), Bisevo Island is situated opposite the beautiful island of Vis, which lies about 5 kilometres away. I went there during my holiday in Croatia to visit the beautiful Blue Grotto, an underground cave which, in the late morning, lets sunlight in and gives the water a truly unforgettable colour, an almost fluorescent blue. So I would advise anybody travelling to Vis to organise a trip to Bisevo. The port of Komiza has many small stalls where you can book a boat trip.

After visiting the cave, I decided to stay and spend the afternoon on the island. The beaches were certainly nice, but the island offered nothing more than Vis did. So I would advise just visiting the Blue Cave and returning to enjoy the wonders of Vis.
