Situated around a hundred kilometres from Zagora and around fifty from M'hamid Ghizlaine, Dayet Chigaga is situated at Erg Chigaga, one of the biggest desert sand dunes in the Moroccan Sahara.

My suggestion:
I would recommend that you take a professional guide to reach Erg Chigaga. The desert is as sumptuous as it is hostile, don't embark on an adventure alone, it could be dangerous.
My review

After three hours on the road from M'hamid, you will be in the heart of the desert, an impression which can seem strange. You can choose between making the journey by 4X4 or by camel, which will be a lot longer! The desert is enchanting, I personally loved sleeping under the stars and being woken up by the sun in the middle of the dunes.

Unusual activities are also offered there: I tried out a dune board, a sort of snowboard, but for the sand. I lacked a bit of technique but it was good fun! I hope to go back there for a longer period of time, notably for a trek of several days.

Don't forget that this is a desert, it's therefore advisable that you go accompanied by a local agency to make the most possible out of this adventure!
