Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. It had a rough start. The driver who picked me up in Tangier seemed lost in Chefchauen and kept asking for directions and turning around. He dropped me off at the wrong gate in Chefchauen. He told me to ask the nice people for directions to the riad. One of the locals said he didn't know where the riad is, so I asked him to call the riad for directions. It turns out that the riad is located at a different gate. So I had to take a taxi to the correct gate. I didn't have the same problem with the drivers who picked me up in Chefchauen and Fes. They made sure there was someone to help me get to the riad. The guided visits were informative, especially when it came to showing me the way back to the riad without getting lost. It was the right length, so that I have time to explore on my own. I was 2hrs late to the guided tour of Ait Ben Haddou and half an hour late to the guided tour of Marrakesh. I have no problem being late as there are extenuating circumstances that prevents from arriving on time. However I was not pleased with the fact the guides were not informed of this. I told the driver to call the hotel that I will be late. I don't know if he did or not. But what I did know is that guides were waiting at the hotel until I arrived. All the riads I stayed at were exceptional, especially the one in Chefchauen. I felt like I was living like a queen.
Best parts:
Chefchauen is a uniquely beautiful town. Being able to sample many of the delicious local foods like tagine, sandwiches from a cart, and pastilla. Staying at the riads. Spending the night in the Sahara desert and the camel ride Public bath in Chefchauen Food stalls at night at Jemaa el-Fna Tannery in Fes Colourful souks Beautiful scenery from Fes to Marrakesh
Worst parts:
I was dropped off at the wrong gate in Chefchauen by the driver from Tangier to Chefchauen. I was late to two of my guided tours in Ait Ben Haddou and Marrakesh, which is fine, but the guides were not notified of this.

No one will ever know your travel style! It changes due to airline availability, level of food and board, adventure style, number of people traveling, timing... Get my drift? Evaneos.com recommended travel expert Brahim for us. From the first inquiry  Brahim who spoke and wrote perfect english was on it. We started planning our journey and while we had read a little he knew so much more. You're planning in summer? Please postpone, it can be 120s south of the mountains, desert and valleys. Multiple family members from different global positions, no worries, he'll plan the pickups, overnight accommodations and departures.Enjoy adventure and personal/family time, lol, he will include them. Guides, done. All was easily communicated and updated with links to a grander travel plan allowing modifications, and personal nuances.     One thing we couldn't realize we're the distances from point-to-point.  Our carefully selected driver Rashid spoke English having been educated in Morocco and desirous to explain and explore the uniqueness of his country with tourism in mind. A 7 seat spotless minivan for the 4 of us to sleep or watch the tiered verdant valleys, rough Rif mountains, valleys, plains and buttes, desert oases and gorges ending in the majestic peak of the Atlas mountains was perfectly selected. Not one 'control-stop' by the 'guardians' of the state in this King led monarchy occured to check the vehicle or personal papers occured. Timing for stops for coffee or tea and typical Moroccan egg sandwiches, salads and tagine lunch's; exploring lively ancient Medinas, saharan Berber and Muslim kasbas, scarf shopping before our camel ride (and sand storm), who to visit and where; Imperial cities and holy towns, Roman ruins, Imperial Cities and hikes over the Rif, through Toda oasis, Toudra and Dades Gorge, over the Ziz river oasis, tiny clean and modest dars, splendid riads, magnificent kasbahs, guided tours of cities, medinas, suggested restaurants and eateries, cautions and so much more were  choreagaphed by Brahim and his talented Band of Brothers! Brahim or a cohort was available to arrange modifications as needed due to personal tastes, delays and just life among the great mix of Berbers, Muslim, Christians and Jews with African, Middle Eastern, Maghreb and Iberian-Moorosh blends emanating from the first born homo sapiens of our 'modern' (70,000) year anthrocene.  Brahim and all the layers he worked with above and below him were great. We recommend him and his recommendations without reservation. 5 stars plus!
Best parts:
Based on our very adventurous desires, we we're met everywhere with enthusiasm, smiles, humility and hard work in a blended culture and land disrupted by 50 plus thousands of years of turmoil. Each day was met with a very focused but flexible itinerary created by Brahim of Orien Trek and his capable staff. Learning the geography, history, language and personal stories were great.
Worst parts:
The long car rides while reasonably comfortable in our spotless 7 seater van made many days tough, but the stops along the way were helpful.

The journey in the desert was one of the best part of the trip. I also enjoy the visit of the gorge, the visits of the kasbas. We had the best transporter Rachid. A safe driver, polite, punctual and educated.
Best parts:
I liked everything. The courtesy, the professionalism, the ponctuality of the guides and transporters. Every place place we slept were clean and very welcoming. The food was excellent! Always felt safe.

Marrakech was wonderful especially with our very knowledgable guide. There is so much history to see and of course the Souk. The Riad Chergui is a dream of a hotel, both the place and the lovely staff. Favourite places include Kasbah du Toubkal and the guided climb towards Mount Toubkal, Todra Gorge and the cave hotel, Auberge La Festival and of course Merzouga Camp in the Sahara. The highlight in Fes was the hotel Riad Fes in the Medina; the hotel is fabulous and the staff are delightful. The most memorable highlight for me was riding the camel into the Sahara - a wonderful experience!
Best parts:
Moroccan's are amongst the nicest people I have ever met. Everywhere we went we met friendly, helpful and very polite people. Morocco is one of the most diverse and beautiful countries I have visited. From exciting and vibrant Marrakech through the high snowy Atlas mountains to the hot silent Sahara. Our driver, Mohammed Hadda, was charming and always thinking of our comfort. He found us the very best places to eat and made sure we saw everything we came to see. Finally but most important was Brahim from Evaneos. Brahim planned our trip in meticulous detail making sure we had an exceptional holiday. Every aspect of our tour was superbly planned and executed.
Worst parts:
Far to short a time at only 15 days! Need another visit soon!

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we felt cared for, everyone wanted us to enjoy the trip and get the most out of it. The manager of the riad in Marrakesh wanted to ensure we got the most out of his beautiful city and our driver through out the trip wanted to ensure we saw as much as possible and felt safe and secure at all times. The itinary was well thought out and well planned.
Best parts:
The fact that it was altered to suit our needs slightly, the day before our departure we were contacted by Brahim, the local agent who altered our Riad in Marrakesh as the one we were booked into was having problems with their water supply. The trip into the Sahara and the night in Imlil were fantastic
Worst parts:
Immigration at Marrakesh airport, the queue was backing up into arrivals, they were selling fast track passes but these ended up taking longer than the standard queue, all of this was well over 2 hours. Our paperwork said the driver would wait 90 minutes but we were unable to get hold of the company. Luckily the drivers know how bad it is so they wait.

We really enjoyed our trip through Morocco with a private driver. Highlight was the camel ride and overnight in the sand dunes.. After a while there seemed a lot of repletion in the type of sights at each city, with their medinas, casbahs, palaces, souks, tangines, Jewish quarters, mosques, etc, and in hindsight it would have been nice to include a bit of the modern Morocco. A beautiful country!
Best parts:
We booked a 9 day Morocco private tour through Evaneos and their local agent Brahim. Booking was smooth with help from Brahim. In Morocco we had a question and Brahim resolved it right away. Airport pickup service in Marakesh was good –driver did not speak English but it did not prove to be a problem. Overall, our stays in 4 riads in the medinas were great, although varying somewhat with quality. Local English speaking tour guides were good and we learned a lot about Morocco culture and history (however they were not as knowledgeable about the history as guides we had in Portugal/Spain). We canceled our last guide in Rabat simply because by then we had seen enough of similar medinas, casbahs, palaces, souks, tangines, Jewish quarters, mosques, etc. The highlight for us was the desert experience with camel ride and tent, and of course the short immersion in a culture unfamiliar to us. We enjoyed the food but after a while there seemed a lot of repetition in the tourist-targeted food. All in all, a beautiful country with very friendly people!
Worst parts:
Our ‘English speaking’ driver proved to be an excellent driver in the often challenging road conditions, reliable, encouraged us to go anywhere we wanted, good suggestions and with a sense of humour. However his English was rather limited and he could not carry a conversation which was disappointing (for example he could not comprehend our question about what the sign on the white van ahead of us meant) which reduced the value of our experience somewhat. It was obvious that he had a financial interest in anything we bought along the way, but it was not an issue. Only on the last day did it seem a bit strange when his lunch stop for the Casablanca 'corniche' was a dirty place not even facing the ocean and then for some reason he insisted on dropping us off in the airport terminal parking adjacent to our terminal, rather than simply in front of our terminal.

I traveled to Morocco, Marrakech. I spent time in Imlil and Agafay Desert - both were surreal, serene and adventurous. My guides were knowledgeable and very very courteous. The best part was riding a camel in the desert and of course the food. Definitely LOVED this trip, Evaneos for planning it around my needs and scheduling everything to perfection. I definitely recommend Evaneos
Best parts:
Every part of the trip was scheduled to perfection. My travel agent Brahim was very nice, receptive to my recommendations and scheduled a perfect itinerary. The drivers always arrived on time, spoke English and were very courteous and nice. Punctuality is big for me so my itinerary was planned to perfection.
Worst parts:
None. It all was amazing!

I researched highlights of Morocco and made contact with Brahim online. He promptly called me and we spoke easily. He helped me with distances to create the best tour within our time frame without being rushed. We started in Rabat, to Fez, Meknes including Volubulis. After our return from the desert camp, we chose to stay a day and overnight at Dar Hassan. The owner arranged for one of his staff to give us a walking tour of the town and oasis. They were just great people, full of kindness. That one day stay made the long ride to Dades the next day even more enjoyable. After Dades we continued on to Marrakesh and then a few days in Essouira where we were both surprised with an upgraded room courtesy of Brahim to celebrate our anniversaries and 35 years of friendship. The rooms were spectacular and the view was beautiful. Something we'll never forget. Our tour ended when our fabulous driver (who we said goodbye to in Marrakesh) surprised us in Essouria to take us to Casablanca. Was so wonderful to see our 'Mo' again! Thank you again Brahim for making the trip so wonderful. ♥
Best parts:
It was very easy to work with Brahim in making the trip exactly as we wanted. All the people associated with Evanoes were prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly. The Moroccan people were very welcoming and made the trip for us. We are planning on returning to visit Northern Morocco and will definitely contact Evanoes to help with the planning. It was wonderful and relaxing to have the few days in between the tours to wander and explore on our own.
Worst parts:
The number of motorcycles inside the Medina in Marrakesh.

Basically from Marrakech to the desert to Fes to Chefchaouen to Tangier. The driver from Marrakech, Mohamad, was very good and helpful. The guide in Marrakech (also Mahomad) was also very good. The other guides and drivers did their jobs well - no complaints. We enjoyed the medinas and souks, and most accomodation was excellent.
Best parts:
Very well organised, all went smoothly. Enabled an easy introduction to Morocco. The roads were good.
Worst parts:
Mideld was not very interesting and nothing to do in the very poor hotel - Taddart. However, Brahim quickly sorted the main issue that arose.

I found out about Evaneos through a co-worker who happened to go to Morocco a week after we decided to visit Morocco for our honeymoon. We had a two week vacation. The day after our wedding we landed in Casablanca, and headed straight for Rabat via private van provided by Evaneos where we stayed for two days. Next we traveled to Chefchaouen for two days. We flew out of Tangier to Ibiza for four days (a trip booked separately) and returned to Morocco the following Monday and traveled to Fes. We stayed in Fes for two days, then headed to the Sahara where we stayed one night in a beautiful desert camp. We spent a night in Ait Ben Haddou and visited Ouarzazate on our way to Marrakech for the final two nights of our trip. We hiked to see the waterfalls of Akchour in Chefchaouen. We rode camels in the Sahara and took a hot air balloon ride over the Atlas Mountains outside of Marrakech.
Best parts:
Everything! The planning for this trip could not have been smoother or well prepared and executed. Our drivers were always prompt, as well as our guides. Our guides were very knowledgeable and able to communicate well with us. Brahim was amazing, very easy to reach with questions and his response time was always very quick. Most importantly everyone was very flexible. Our flights throughout our entire were being constantly changed by the airlines and each time, Brahim and the group at Evaneos was very flexible and accommodating.
Worst parts:
I wish we could have stayed in some of the cities longer but this was not the fault of Evaneos but ours since we did a separate trip to Ibiza in the middle of our vacation to Morocco. I am only adding this to let other interested people to know that if you plan on visiting another place outside of the planned trip with Evaneos like us, perhaps it would be better to visit just few cities to cut down on a lot of traveling/transport time, and allow for a better/longer experience in the Moroccan cities.

Thanks for your feedback! Your trip sounds amazing! :) and if you ever wished to go back to explore more of Morocco, Brahim would be more than happy to help!

Morocco is a very safe country to for foreigners to travel. There was never a time where we did not feel unsafe. We experienced a lot of events we would never have been able to organize; eg. travel and hiking to a Berber village, meandering through many medinas
Best parts:
Detailed itinerary sent to us in advance by Brahim, exceptional service by Brahim whenever we had a question, easy payment by credit card, staying in riads, exceptional service by Mohamed, our driver.
Worst parts:

We had a blast, probably because the weather was so bad, the storks were amazing, and it was interesting to see another side of Africa.
Best parts:
Morocco - Lucy's birthday in Ricks Cafe, in Casablanca, just brilliant, the hotel there was superb. The car and driver - Mohammed was a credit to your company, excellent. The Medina in Fez was good, just the weather stopped what would have been a great experience. Brahim gave us a good package, apart from Rabat, which I am sure he will rectify.
Worst parts:
The Hotel in Rabat - Hotel Malick, not good at all, in fact probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The Weather, not your fault !!!

I loved Skoura and Sahara - great memories! The food throughout the trip was delicious!
Best parts:
We had a great driver, Rashid, from Marrakech through Fes. He not only drove me and my friend from different locations but he also gave us mini tour of different towns including their cultures. I wish we had him throughout the entire trip. I loved the hotels Chez Talout Auberge in Skoura, the tent in the Sahara, and Ryad Bahia in Meknes.
Worst parts:
The hotels in Casablanca, Fes, and Marrakech were a bit inadequate for comfort, connectivity was poor, sketchy nieghborhoods, and next time I rather pay more for better accommodations.
