Burqin (China)

One hundred and fifty kilometers north of the city is the Kanas Nature Reserve, considered to be one of the country's most beautiful natural sites.

The Kanas preserve astonishes its visitors with its vast palette of landscapes: glaciers, pine forests, rugged mountain ranges and lush, green prairies. Lake Kanas, located in the Altai Range, is nicknamed "God's Palette" for the variety and beauty of its colors. Animal lovers, get your cameras out!
