The Grands-Jardins National Park is one of the most famous parks in in Quebec and well worth a visit!

My suggestion:
There's plenty of accommodation in the park, so you can stay for several days. It's an enchanting place with lots of activities and hikes - you'll find time flies!
My review

As with most of Quebec's national parks, there are lots of sporting activities on offer in addition to the usual hiking trails - fishing, rowing, via ferrata as well as skiing and snow shoeing during winter. Going out on a kayak at sunset was one of my most memorable Quebec moments... It meant I could admire the scenery from a completely different angle. The walk in Gaspesie, part of the Forillon National Park, was simply magic!

The blend of tundra and taiga in the Grands Jardins National Park is breathtaking. The hike up Mount Swan Lake crosses hillcrests that boast unobstructed, panoramic views.

Even though I only spotted sage grouse (a black, brown white bird with a red face), nature lover's amongst you may get the chance to see caribou, the Grands Jardins National Park being one of their preferred habitats.
