Famous Korean National Park, with numerous mountains and Buddhist temples.

My suggestion:
For hiking in the park, preferably choose spring or autumn, when the heat isn't stifling and it's not the rainy season.
My review

The mountain scenery is spectacular in Mount Songnisan National Park, between granite mountains and rocky valleys, cherry trees in bloom in spring and autumn leaves. There are numerous hikes, varying in difficulty, and the opportunity to admire beautiful, natural panoramic views, especially the mountains when they stand out against a cloudy background. Plan supplies and water before setting off, as it's not always easy to find them on the way. If you're lucky, you'll perhaps be able to spot certain bird species which are specific to this park.

As with everywhere in the mountains of Korea, Buddhist temples are scattered in the heart of the mountain. Beopjusa Temple, which is located on Mount Songnisan is one of the most renowned in Korea, built almost 1,500 years ago.
