Maligcong is a small village located in the province of <a href="/philippines/">Bontoc</a>, a mountainous and humid region enabling agricultural development. You'll find rice terraces on the heights of the village. The pride of the villagers is really quite an experience. Maligcong means "surrounded by rice fields".
