Leaving Amezri, on the M'Goun hiking path, you will find Ichbaken halfway between Amezri and Aït Ali n’Ito. I appreciated this nice hike: the path follows the course of the Tessaout river, which gives the impression of walking in the countryside, heightened by the lovely terrace cultivation, very plentiful in this region. I suggest you come in spring during the blooming of the wild flowers and fruit trees. If the ascents are relatively moderate close to 656 feet, the descents must be taken with care: they can dip 1 300 feet. After 2 solid hours of walking, you will reach the village of Ichbaken. It is a pleasant village close to the river, built up against a steep slope and with adobe houses. From Ichbaken, the path becomes a a stony trail that will take you to Aït Ali n'Ito, 2 hours walk away.
