At 3,837m high, La Torre is the highest non-volcanic peak in Guatemala.

My suggestion:
Extend your walk to La Maceta, so you can climb down via Las Cuevas, which are caves once used for Mayan rituals.
My review

Leaving from Todos Santos Cuchumatán, hikers will love this trek that's off the beaten track . Once high up, the view is amazing and, if the sky's clear, you'll get a panoramic view of the volcanoes along the Mexican border all the way to Antigua.

We didn't see another soul and I loved the peace and quiet at the summit, where you can breathe in the vista below.

The descent via La Maceta adds an hour to the walk and, despite being a bit steep, is well worth it; the view over Todos Santos Cuchumatán and the rocky formations around the Maya site of Las Cuevas is more than enough compensation for the extra effort.
