Montenegro is a town in the Quindío province, part of the Coffee Triangle. It's here you'll find the National Coffee Park.

My suggestion:
Despite what you may think, the National Coffee Park is more of a local Disneyland. If you want to learn about coffee production in detail, then you should head elsewhere.
My review

In the heart of Eje Cafetero, Montenegro has a population of 40,000 and is famous for its theme park: the National Coffee Park, Colombia's most visited amusement park!

If Disneyland isn't your cup of tea (or indeed coffee!) and you dislike touristy sites, then give this one a miss. If, on the other hand, you want some fun whilst learning (a bit) about coffee production from the moment it's harvested to when it hits the shops, then put Montenegro on your list!

If stomach churning fairground rides don't appeal, then you can go up in hot air balloon and gaze across the Andes or opt for a zipline tour in the local coffee plantations.
