Lying in the Pearl River Delta, the former fishing village of Zhuhai is today a modern and dynamic Chinese city.

My suggestion:
Depending whether you like crowds and theme parks, I recommend (or not, as the case may be) the Yuanming Palace, where there are perfect reproductions of 18 of the country's major sites to be seen, including the Great Wall of China.
My review

With no less than 146 islands and 700 kilometers of coastline, the geography of Zhuhai is quite unique.

If you love fine sand and enjoy relaxing and taking it easy, head for the sea! There are many boats serving the islands from Xiangzhou. Our favorite beaches are those of Longzhou Island, with its natural environment and dense tree coverage, and those of Wailingding, with its clear waters and idyllic peacefulness.

For things to do on land, head to the famous Lovers' Road, a 15-kilometer long coastal promenade by Xianglu Bay. You can see the Fisher Girl Statue there, which has become the city's emblem.
