Wuzhou (China)

Eighty percent of its land area is hilly and mountainous. The imposing Xunjang River flows through it, hence its nickname "city of water".

As well as its topography and subtropical landscapes and scenery, it is also a very dynamic city economically, though without any particular attraction to offer in terms of heritage. However, you can get to "White Cloud Mountain" in Guangdong Province from the Wuzhou.. The mountain is a recommended place to visit for the views it offers over the region.

"The Snake Repository" is one local attraction better suited to the more adventurous type. There are various kinds of venomous snakes (destined for consumption by the Chinese) to be seen there.

This large port is located at a point where various national highways meet, making it possible to reach it by bus from a number of cities, including Nanning, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
