The destination was very interesting! ************did a great job! Charles, in Sales, was very accommodating when planning this trip. The guides, transfers and tours were all wonderful!
The best parts:
We liked our stay in Chiang Mai and at the *************Hotel. The highlight for us was the De'Kashor Elephants Sanctuary! It was amazing!
The worst parts:
We didn't have anything we truly didn't like. We didn't care for the floating market tour very much.

The cultural sites were interesting, but didn't give enough insight into the daily life and authenticity which we so much appreciate. However, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and fed us history until our brains couldn't take any more. It took her a day or two to learn to know us properly, as we were very different and had different wishes in regards to food and experiences compared to her other groups. But then she chose the perfect places for us. We loved Lalu and Sdok Kok Thom, Chanthaburi, Kraben Bay mangrove forest and, last but not least, our relaxing days on Ko Kood, where we've been spoiled from head to toe in our luxury hotel picked by the local agency. Brilliant service also on our way back. Drivers always on time, waiting at the ferry already. Travelling this way feels safe and yet informative. Having the benefit of a tour guide of your own, don't have to concentrate on traffic is certainly a perk which makes the journey so much more enjoyable.
The best parts:
Everything was being taken care of, we didn't have to fend for anything for ourselves. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, and she helped us survive in a part of Thailand where English is still a foreign language, hardly spoken/understood by the locals.
The worst parts:
There might have been a planning issue in advance, because for one day we were supposed to visit a National Park, which we couldn't because of the dry season and fire hazard. I'm not sure, but maybe this could have been foreseen at planning stage already, providing alternatives in advance. Our tour guide did her best to provide alternatives, so we were fine after all. Just thinking if this could have been avoided at all.

We enjoyed very much Royal palace and Ayutthaya archaeological site. In addition we appreciated the variety of the offers, not only temples.
The best parts:
The trip was a good combination of travelling and relaxing time. Thai people are very warm and hospitable. The guide was very professional and kind. The organization was very good
The worst parts:
The trip from Bangkok to Sukhothai was estimated around 4.5 hours while it took around 7 hours due to the traffic, the time was underestimated by the agency. We spent mostly all the afternoon on the car.

Thailand is amazing, I loved the culture and the historical sites, as well as the food! The stunning limestones in the south, the markets with so many curiosities...Thailand is a land rich of contrasts, but surely rich of culture and beauty!!!

Overall great experience.
The best parts:
I liked our guides, accommodations, and overall program. The Float House was a highlight of the trip. Wish we had an extra day there. Banthai Village in Chiang Mai was cute with good location. The resorts at Ko Phi Phi was a bit remote, but I like that it's not filled with tourists.
The worst parts:
First day was way too rushed. We had to leave an hour earlier at 0600 to make floating market, visit bridge over River Kuai and get on the train. It was too rushed in the morning and a very long day. After that, the pacing was better.

We arrived Bangkok Oct 1& it was early morning by the time we got to the ***, a fab hotel. Later that morning we were off! For the next few dais we visited sites such as the Dawn Temple, took a long tail boat through the waterways of Bangkok, visited the ancient site of Ayutthaya etc. When we returned two weeks later, we were off to the Floating Markets & the River Kwai.
The best parts:
We loved our trip to Thailand. Mr.Shah was everything a guide should be. Kind, on time, knowledgeable,. We spent the first few days visiting temples & ancient sites. We then flew to Bhutan for 13 days. Upon returning to Thailand, Mr. Shah was waiting. Using *** & Tshering was so easy. He put together an amazing itinerary for us. His recommendation of staying at the Float House was perfect. At
The worst parts:
No worst parts . Everything flowed as it should. We did so many activities such as a couple of train rides, stayed on the River Kwai, took a pedicab & a tuk tuk.

We did a lot of research ahead and then helped build the itinerary. We loved that it was just our small group with the tour guide. Rose took us around and hit the highlights of places picked out a great local restaurant for us answered tons of questions and was always willing to help us accomplish our goals and see as much as possible. The other tour guides/interpreters along with drivers were great as well but rose really stood out
The best parts:
Excellent itinerary, the team was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had prior to the trip and build the itinerary exactly how we wanted it. Also the team was quick to accommodate special request while we were on the trip. What an amazing trip and tour company. Thanks

Favorite moments: Watching wild animals at Khao Yai national Park and the historical park of Sukhothai
The best parts:
Tour met my expectations and was tailored to my taste. Tour guide and driver were excellent! Also the response of your agent was immediate and helpful.
The worst parts:
Hotel at Khao Yai was pretty basic, but I guess the options in the area were limited.... Cost of trip was rather high, especially when I compare it with the prices of tours offered by my hotel in Bangkok.

We loved Bsngkok and the 2 days spent with Sasa. However we should have studied our itinerary better and would not have visited so many temples. Also too many boat rides. We would have appreciated information about proper clothing for temples, weather, and tipping in Thailand. We have travelled extensively and found ourself unprepared for the first time in all our travels.
The best parts:
We loved our guide Sasa. She was fun and enjoyed her job and professional and helpful and all around a great guide. We enjoyed her recommendations for masssges and dinners and lunches and shopping.
The worst parts:
Tshering did not have our transfer information upon arrival in Bsngkok and again on our arrival in Phuket. Our guide was not told where to meet us and we were not told where to meet her in the huge airport. Sasa did her best but we needed to phone Tshering upon arrival in Bangkok and Phuket. Our driver in Phuket had totally the wrong information about our arrival and number of people. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days on the beach in Phuket

We had an incredible trip to Thailand where we visited Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket. We enjoyed floating markets, night markets, a food tour, and visiting the temples and grand palace in Bangkok. We also celebrated New Years Eve in the Central World area. Chiang Mai was probably the highlight of our vacation, as the experience at the Patara elephant farm and the lunch/cooking class at the Chiang Mai Home Host was incredible. We then spent a few days relaxing in Phuket at The Shore at Katathani which was beyond amazing. The food throughout the trip, both at high-end restaurants and street vendors was spectacular. Our travel specialist assigned by Evaneos planned a first-rate trip and was very responsive before and during our trip with any questions we had. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them without reservation!
The best parts:
Having a private guide and driver for many of the sites, as we don't like to be part of a large group. Tour was good balance of activities and down-time. Activities were amazing- floating markets, food tours, elephant sanctuary, Lanna family experience, great hotel accommodations.
The worst parts:
By no fault of the tour, there was a significant amount of traffic, and it took us over 2 hours to reach a couple of destinations. The itinerary didn't list distances or timing for activities, so I didn't have the appropriate expectation for a couple of them.

Over an 8 day stay in 'Central Thailand', we spend 2 days in Bangkok visiting highlights of the city, then 3 days in Kachanaburi in a more nature/wildlife settings and finallly had 3 days of 'time off', without guide, enjoying the beach areas and the beach town of Hua Hin. We really had a lovely time and thought there was a good balance to the trip organised by our tour operator.
The best parts:
- Night boat trip to see Mong show in Kachanaburi, - Hotel pool and water activities in Kachanaburi hotel, - Visit of the floating market, - Visits in the Kachanaburi - Time off in Hua Hin, - Food in food centres
The worst parts:
- Unpredictable amount of driving - Finding out hotel room in Hua Hin is too small, - stressful drive back to Bangkok airport to reach airport

I think I've covered this in the first 2 questions. Thanks!
The best parts:
The guided trip was a particularly brilliant plan for navigating the busy city of Bangkok. With a dedicated driver and guide we were able to drive right up to places like the royal palace and be dropped off with our guide right at the entrance. When we were finished our time there the guide contacted the driver and we were quickly picked up and driven off to the next venue. Our guide for our 4 days in Bangkok, Sa Sa, was herself one of the highlights of our trip. She was very thoughtful in considering our questions and needs. At the end of the first day she gave us her cell number and said for us 'to call us if we ran into any difficulties at any time - 24 hours a day. She was there to help us. She also spoke with knowledge and passion about Thai current and historical cultural and political issues. It really made the people in the country come alive for us. When we told Sa Sa we were interested in finding a tailor in Bangkok, she organized our visit and stayed with us to ensure we were satisfied. Tshering did a great job of finding a resort for our last 6 days in the islands off the coast of Phuket. I asked him to recommend something quiet and relaxing, and what he arranged was perfect!
The worst parts:
On the day we went to see the hill tribes outside Chiang Mai we had a guide who seemed to be rushed for an afternoon appointment. We stopped at a coffee shop in the hills (the area is known for its coffee beans), and the guide said we just had time to use the bathroom, 'no coffee'.

It was all good. Of special mention the guided tour around the Chinese Market, in Bangkok, the Floating Market at Damnoen Saduak, the River Quay Resotel was incredible, the 2 day trek with Dino, who turned out to be an incredible cook, washing the elephant. All good. The hotels were also good, although only 3 star, except maybe the Krungsri River in Ayutthaya which was rather noisy, with river traffic and a local mosque.
The best parts:
The itinerary was perfect for us and the guides, Ms Sasa, Dino & Philip were all great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A very good, efficient service in all respects.
The worst parts:
Nothing really, except, maybe, the final 2km downhill trek into the Karen village on Day 1 of out trek, which bruised some toes. To be fair, however, this is no reflection on the Travel Company.
