The cultural sites were interesting, but didn't give enough insight into the daily life and authenticity which we so much appreciate. However, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and fed us history until our brains couldn't take any more. It took her a day or two to learn to know us properly, as we were very different and had different wishes in regards to food and experiences compared to her other groups. But then she chose the perfect places for us. We loved Lalu and Sdok Kok Thom, Chanthaburi, Kraben Bay mangrove forest and, last but not least, our relaxing days on Ko Kood, where we've been spoiled from head to toe in our luxury hotel picked by the local agency. Brilliant service also on our way back. Drivers always on time, waiting at the ferry already. Travelling this way feels safe and yet informative. Having the benefit of a tour guide of your own, don't have to concentrate on traffic is certainly a perk which makes the journey so much more enjoyable.
Best parts:
Everything was being taken care of, we didn't have to fend for anything for ourselves. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, and she helped us survive in a part of Thailand where English is still a foreign language, hardly spoken/understood by the locals.
Worst parts:
There might have been a planning issue in advance, because for one day we were supposed to visit a National Park, which we couldn't because of the dry season and fire hazard. I'm not sure, but maybe this could have been foreseen at planning stage already, providing alternatives in advance. Our tour guide did her best to provide alternatives, so we were fine after all. Just thinking if this could have been avoided at all.

Overall great experience.
Best parts:
I liked our guides, accommodations, and overall program. The Float House was a highlight of the trip. Wish we had an extra day there. Banthai Village in Chiang Mai was cute with good location. The resorts at Ko Phi Phi was a bit remote, but I like that it's not filled with tourists.
Worst parts:
First day was way too rushed. We had to leave an hour earlier at 0600 to make floating market, visit bridge over River Kuai and get on the train. It was too rushed in the morning and a very long day. After that, the pacing was better.

We arrived Bangkok Oct 1& it was early morning by the time we got to the ***, a fab hotel. Later that morning we were off! For the next few dais we visited sites such as the Dawn Temple, took a long tail boat through the waterways of Bangkok, visited the ancient site of Ayutthaya etc. When we returned two weeks later, we were off to the Floating Markets & the River Kwai.
Best parts:
We loved our trip to Thailand. Mr.Shah was everything a guide should be. Kind, on time, knowledgeable,. We spent the first few days visiting temples & ancient sites. We then flew to Bhutan for 13 days. Upon returning to Thailand, Mr. Shah was waiting. Using *** & Tshering was so easy. He put together an amazing itinerary for us. His recommendation of staying at the Float House was perfect. At

No worst parts . Everything flowed as it should. We did so many activities such as a couple of train rides, stayed on the River Kwai, took a pedicab & a tuk tuk.

We had an incredible trip to Thailand where we visited Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket. We enjoyed floating markets, night markets, a food tour, and visiting the temples and grand palace in Bangkok. We also celebrated New Years Eve in the Central World area. Chiang Mai was probably the highlight of our vacation, as the experience at the Patara elephant farm and the lunch/cooking class at the Chiang Mai Home Host was incredible. We then spent a few days relaxing in Phuket at The Shore at Katathani which was beyond amazing. The food throughout the trip, both at high-end restaurants and street vendors was spectacular. Our travel specialist assigned by Evaneos planned a first-rate trip and was very responsive before and during our trip with any questions we had. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them without reservation!
Best parts:
Having a private guide and driver for many of the sites, as we don't like to be part of a large group. Tour was good balance of activities and down-time. Activities were amazing- floating markets, food tours, elephant sanctuary, Lanna family experience, great hotel accommodations.
Worst parts:
By no fault of the tour, there was a significant amount of traffic, and it took us over 2 hours to reach a couple of destinations. The itinerary didn't list distances or timing for activities, so I didn't have the appropriate expectation for a couple of them.

I think I've covered this in the first 2 questions. Thanks!
Best parts:
The guided trip was a particularly brilliant plan for navigating the busy city of Bangkok. With a dedicated driver and guide we were able to drive right up to places like the royal palace and be dropped off with our guide right at the entrance. When we were finished our time there the guide contacted the driver and we were quickly picked up and driven off to the next venue. Our guide for our 4 days in Bangkok, Sa Sa, was herself one of the highlights of our trip. She was very thoughtful in considering our questions and needs. At the end of the first day she gave us her cell number and said for us 'to call us if we ran into any difficulties at any time - 24 hours a day. She was there to help us. She also spoke with knowledge and passion about Thai current and historical cultural and political issues. It really made the people in the country come alive for us. When we told Sa Sa we were interested in finding a tailor in Bangkok, she organized our visit and stayed with us to ensure we were satisfied. Tshering did a great job of finding a resort for our last 6 days in the islands off the coast of Phuket. I asked him to recommend something quiet and relaxing, and what he arranged was perfect!
Worst parts:
On the day we went to see the hill tribes outside Chiang Mai we had a guide who seemed to be rushed for an afternoon appointment. We stopped at a coffee shop in the hills (the area is known for its coffee beans), and the guide said we just had time to use the bathroom, 'no coffee'.

It was all good. Of special mention the guided tour around the Chinese Market, in Bangkok, the Floating Market at Damnoen Saduak, the River Quay Resotel was incredible, the 2 day trek with Dino, who turned out to be an incredible cook, washing the elephant. All good. The hotels were also good, although only 3 star, except maybe the Krungsri River in Ayutthaya which was rather noisy, with river traffic and a local mosque.
Best parts:
The itinerary was perfect for us and the guides, Ms Sasa, Dino & Philip were all great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A very good, efficient service in all respects.
Worst parts:
Nothing really, except, maybe, the final 2km downhill trek into the Karen village on Day 1 of out trek, which bruised some toes. To be fair, however, this is no reflection on the Travel Company.

For our honeymoon, we knew we wanted to visit Patagonia and a two new cities in South America. We were able to see the sights of the city and had a great time hiking over glaciers and mountains. All the hotels were nice and accommodating as well. Highly recommend visiting!
Best parts:
Easy to book and great communication with the team. Came up with a trip that was adventurous but still gave us time to relax and recover from travelling between destinations.
Worst parts:
One of the hotels forgot to give us our welcome packet and updated itinerary but this was not the fault of the travel company.

We first arrived to Bangkok, we spent there a couple of days, we managed to visit China town, Damnoen Saduak floating market, the Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun. Watching all of these in only a couple of days was demanding but also was very worthy and we don´t regret at all the plan, we enjoyed a lot everything. Special mention to the restaurant suggested by Sasa in Bangkok (The Deck by Arun Residence) with amazing views to Wat Arun and the river. The day after we visited the summer Palace in our way to Ayutthaya. In the city we were able to see many temples as they were in the 18th century and we loved them. We also tried Roti that which we enjoyed. Then we flew to Chiang Rai, where we saw the Black House, The Blue temple and also the White Temple. Was very nice on the guide to stop in the Blue Temple as this was our last minute suggestion. We specially loved the White Temple that is impressive. On the same day we were driven to Chiang Mai, when we arrived we set up in the hotel that was in our opinion the best one (BanThai Village) and then we have enough time to explore the city on our own and meet the guide afterwards for the Kantoke dinner (very tasty!!). Next day in the morning we visited Doi Sutep managed to climb all the stairs and enjoyed the magnificent temple and its views of the city. In the afternoon we were picked up in the hotel by the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary staff, and driven to their location. The activity with the elephants was one of the most incredible things we have ever done (just feeding and bathing, no riding!!). Next day we went to the airport and flew to Pattaya, we were picked up by the driver and taken to Ban Phe Pier to take the boat to Koh Samet. It was a good idea to go to that island, because we save some time of traveling and we noticed it was not that much crowded. The days in the resort Sai Kaew were very nice too. We enjoyed a good weather and we were able to catch some sun in the beach. So in summary, an amazing trip!
Best parts:
- We managed to visit many places in just one week thanks to the schedule arranged between Tshering and us, that was exactly what we wanted. - Sasa (our guide in Bangkok) did a great job, contributing to make our experience even nicer, giving us many facts about the country culture and the city and showing us many places. - All the hotels were incredible and relation quality-price is outstanding. - The activity with the elephants (Elephant Jungle Sanctuary) was probably the best highlight of the trip
Worst parts:
Nothing related with the trip or agency themselves. The worst for us was for example the tropical weather of Thailand.
