Take the time to get to know and appreciate Manaus as the city's open-air supermarket aspect often discourages visitors from staying for long.
Manaus is incredible not only for being one of the moste remote big cites in the world, but also for its incredible cultural heritage. The opera is a must see and they are plenty of natural activities in the surroundings.
