Laguna Tuni is a high altitude lagoon located in the Cordillera Real.

My suggestion:
There's nothing like the coca leaf to help fight against acute mountain sickness.
My review

Bolivia is a country renowned for the extreme diversity of its landscape, its ethnic groups and its climate. Furthermore, many travellers will tell you that travelling in Bolivia pushes you to surpass your expectations. After adrenaline? Then go trekking in the Cordillera Real!

Be careful though, you'll need to take some precautions before you go: physical preparation, altitude resistance, good health, adequate equipment... If you think you meet all of those conditions, contact a local travel agency who will put you in touch with a professional high-mountain guide. That's right, you can't go on an adventure in the Cordillera Real all by yourself.

But we're talking about Bolivia's most famous trek... After several days spent walking along the Andean mountain passes and valleys, our legs started to ache a little bit... But not to worry! We kept our spirits up! And luckily our guide was there to encourage us. After exploring Laguna Tuni not far from the village with the same name, and after walking for a few hours, we reached Laguna Chiarkhota, our camp for the night. A good night's sleep was necessary, as we had to hit the road the next day!
