The magnificent Laguna Verde can be found in the Sur Lipez provence in Bolivia. In the heart of this fantastic region, at the foot of Licancabur Volcano, you'll find the green and salty water of the lake enchanting.

My suggestion:
Explore the Laguna Verde between midday and 2'o clock as it is then that the colour of the water is the most impressive.
My review

You'll never cease to be amazed when discovering this incredible province in Sur Lipez in Bolivia. In the hollows of the Eduardo Avaroa Andean Fauna National Reserve, you'll discover a lake whose emerald colour is the result of its strong mineral concentration. Therefore the Laguna Verde is a magical place to stop on your agenda in Bolivia.

You'll be seduced by Licancabur Volcano's reflection, peaking at 5960m, in the unbelievably green waters of the Laguna Verde. Don't forget your camera, you'll get a decent photo here! However, remember to walk slowly, given that the lake is at an altitude of approximately 4300 metres. It rejoins the water at the Laguna Blanca (also worth a visit) via a small strait.
