The Las Cuevas waterfalls are 3 waterfalls located about twenty kilometres from Samaipata, in the province of Santa Cruz.

My suggestion:
Take a taxi from Samaipata and visit the Las Cuevas waterfalls.
My review

In the plains of Santa Cruz, just 20km from Samaipata, you can find the Las Cuevas waterfalls which are made up of three waterfalls in the heart of a lush, green jungle.

Although it's barely known to travellers, this area is still a good place to visit if you're on holiday in Bolivia, in the region of Santa Cruz. There are several options available to you for getting to these falls which are hidden in the forest: car, taxi or bike!

When you arrive at Las Cuevas Park, it's an absolute joy to bathe in the waters of the small lagoons that are formed by the waterfalls. The water's not very deep but that doesn't matter! It has to be said that the climate is very humid in Samaipata and the tropical heat can be stifling.
