LA and surrounding resorts were nice, especially Venice Beach, San Francisco was cool and the hop-on/ hop-off bus was a great way to get to see as much as possible of the city and it’s surroundings, the Sequoia Park and the Grand Canyon Park were just amazing, Las Vegas was exciting.
The best parts:
Great service from Melissa, the diversity of the proposed itinerary, the choice of hotels.
The best were the Grand Canyon, the Sequoia Park and San Francisco.
The worst parts:
The card payments to Evaneos didn’t work automatically, requiring a phonecall.
The car rental services of one car rental agency were bad - long waiting to get the car, incorrect documentation, incorrect charging of fue costs, inflexibility to change return dates.
I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to plan and implement this summer holiday for you, your family and your friends. It really was a great pleasure to get to know you and I hope to work with you again the next time you decide to visit the US!
