In light of the current health crisis and ongoing travel restrictions around the world, we have made the difficult decision that we will no longer offer trips to US travelers. From this summer, we will only be taking new bookings from customers within Europe.
Whether you’ve traveled with us in the past or were thinking of traveling with us in the future, we thank you for sharing in our vision of a local, sustainable future of travel. It’s been a privilege to be part of your adventures around the world.
If you have any other questions, please see the Q&A below or contact our Customer Care team who are on hand to help in any way they can.
Along with our local agents, we thank you for your understanding.

What does that mean for my upcoming trip?
- If you are due to travel with us in the coming months and your destination has reopened following the Covid-19 crisis, rest assured that your trip will not be impacted. Our local agents look forward to welcoming you as planned. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact them directly.
- While all trips will go ahead as planned wherever possible, unfortunately some destinations remain heavily affected by Covid-19. If your planned trip is sadly unable to take place, please contact your local agent for more information on postponement and cancelation.
I’m planning a trip, but I haven’t booked yet. What should I do?
If you are currently planning a trip with a local agent, but haven’t yet booked, they will be delighted to continue customizing your adventure. You can continue to edit and finalize your itinerary in My Trips.
