An update from Evaneos

An important update from Evaneos

In light of the current crisis, we have made the difficult decision that we will no longer offer trips to US travelers.

1 March, 2021

In light of the current health crisis and ongoing travel restrictions around the world, we made the difficult decision to no longer offer trips to US travelers. Rest assured that if you are already in the process of planning a trip with a local expert, it will go ahead as planned. At present, we are only taking new requests via our European websites.

If you traveled with us in the past, we thank you for sharing in our vision of a local, sustainable future of travel. It’s been a privilege to be part of your adventures around the world.

If you have any other questions, please see the Q&A below or contact our Customer Care team (support@evaneos.net) who are on hand to help in any way they can.

Along with our local agents, we thank you for your understanding.

Best wishes,

The Evaneos Team

What does that mean for my upcoming trip?

  • If it’s safe and possible for your trip to go ahead as planned,  our local agents look forward to welcoming you. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact them directly.
  • If your planned trip is unable to take place, please contact your local agent for more information about postponement and the current situation on the ground.

Where can I find information on the latest health advice and travel restrictions?

For any questions about Covid-19, we recommend the resources provided by the World Health Organisation and the CDC.

Please check the State Department updates for information on traveling overseas.

How can I stay in touch?
