Once you're at Kande, there's no going back, even if your legs are numb, your duvet's not warm enough, your boots are rubbing and a blister's just burst...If you've come this far it's because you're determined to explore the region and I'm sure you won't regret the decision! From Kande you can join numerous treks, be it lesser known ones or the legendary Annapurnas Sanctuary, Ghandrak, Pooh Hill and Ghorepani Treks. For Annapurnas and Ghandruk, head north towards Tolka and Landruk where you need to branch off to reach Ghandruk. For Poon Hill, head west towards Birethani. These treks are easy enough and there are numerous lodges along the way if you need to stop off. If you prefer a less well-travelled hike, you'll find lots around Kande, notably the trek to the Mardi Himal base camp (but bear in mind you'll need to take a tent).
