Other than the Hotel experience we were happy. Panama is an interesting city very diversified and clean. If you take the Canal Tour be prepared to encounter waiting around and delays beyond the companies control
The best parts:
The trip was great, from start to finish. The driver Felix was courteous on time and provided great service. The Canak Tiur was good but longer than expected due to traffic on the canal. Normally there are 399 peopke on this boat ; our trip was only 90 which was much better otherwise it would have been tough to get around.’ Dario our private guide for the city tour was Great a very knowledgeable young man, well educated and did a fine job.
The worst parts:
Our hotel was lovely ********** but don’t send any guests there it has 3?fkoors and the top floor is a disco Lazatea which goes from 10-3:09an every night. Terrible we went up there for a drink at 6:00 pm and had to leave due to the music, we asked them to turn it down but they wouldnt. We moved our room from 2 bd floor to the 1st no balcony but it smelled mouldy with no window. For the money spent not a good place to stay. Everyone was complaining to the staff. Great restaurant next door *********** but that doesn’t help when you have had no sleep.

We were met on arrival and driven to Gamboa resort, ideally situated for numerous trips. We then drove ourselves to numerous places, including a place with only 2 rooms which was a sloth sanctuary, a couple of mountain lodges, a lovely place at Bocca Chica, seagull cove, which has just 5 individual bungalows overlooking the cove, where kayaks were available. We finished our 23 day tour with a couple of days exploring Panama city. Everything worked like clockwork thanks to Philippe and his team.
The best parts:
Most of it. It was a well planned trip, allowing us to get a good cross section of what Panama has to offer. The fact that we had a hire car meant that we could set our own pace. From trekking in the rain forests to lying in a hammock on a tiny island, the whole thing was superb.
The worst parts:
Getting pulled for speeding! The large size of Gamboa resort, which is geared up primary to cater for coach tours rather than individual travellers.

Due to a last minute cancellation of our trip to Nicaragua we found ourselves going to Panama. So pleased we did. We spent the first part of the holiday in the highlands walking and climbing the volcanco. Then a few days at Bocas enjoying the beach. Back to Panama City for trips to the National Parks for bird watching and meeting the local tribes. Off back to the coast, San Blas, to spend time with the Guna people, before finishing our trip with a visit to the canal. Each part of the holiday had so many highlights, a visit is a must to fully appreciate what Panama has to offer.
The best parts:
It was very well organised. Included everything we had asked for and everything they said would happen did happen and at the time they said. Panama is an amazing country and we would recommend people to go. There is something there for everyone. One day you are in the rain forest, the next you are by the Caribbean Sea, the next you are in the city. The choice of accommodation was inspired. Particular praise must go to our guide in Boquete, Cesar Gonzalez, who was simply the best
The worst parts:
Nothing, the local agency did a brilliant job organising our trip

We found the destination in Swedish television and after that program we decided that we want to explore Panama. I think we enjoyed Bocas del Mar the most but all places where different and nice.
The best parts:
We liked more less everything and it was very well organized. Fine hotels and resorts good drivers
The worst parts:
The only thing that we could have been without is the Quetzial Trail. A long hike and very little to see. The guide did although a good job. We saw more birds at the resort. We would rather have don a Zip-line tour. We liked Bouquet and the nature there. We also miss Azul Paradise which we saw as the edge of the whole tour. Red Frog was not bad but still not the same.

An extensive understanding of the Panama Canal by shi train and museums. A period of time exploring Panama City. A couple of day at on a Carribean Island staying at an eco- friendly resort. A couple of days on a coffee plantation on a volcano at Boquete with beautiful gardens and wonderful bird watching.
The best parts:
Enjoyed every aspect of the trip. Our tour operator, Phillipe, organized a seamless tour to meet our specifications and he went above and beyond our expectations. Prior to the start of the tour, he always answered our queries promptly. The accommodations were excellent. The drivers and guides were always reliable, punctual pleasant and knowledgeable.

Great, one of my best holidays particularly the last 5 days in Copper Canyon. I was a little apprehensive ,this being my first holiday on my own, my wife being unwell, however this proved unfounded --if anything it increased the care I was shown. Full marks to the organisers
The best parts:
I had a really great holiday and there were many parts to enjoy. I suppose I liked my stay in the Copper Canyon the best. They really looked after me and it is such a beautiful area of the country. My guide -and driver- in Panama too were great company and looked after me really well.
The worst parts:
I did n't have any bad parts. I would say though that the guide in Mexico City did n't measure up to other guides, that I have had both on this holiday and the others I have been on. I did n't let it impact on my enjoyment of the holiday since I'm experienced in this kind of holiday, However, for those that might follow me though I would say that he ought to take more interest in his client, Being perfunctionory is not enough.

Panama City is a worthwhile destination. Gustavo and Felix were fantastic guide and driver and in general Evaneos local representative Philippe very helpful during our visit tailor making. Our favorites were Empera Village, amazing experience and Panama Canal Partial transit.
The best parts:
Empera village and Panama canal
The worst parts:
Coming from Cusco Peru we lost our luggage. Finally we got them the last day just before we flew out from Panama City. Evaneos Guide Gustavo and Driver Felix were of great assistance to our efforts to communicate with the airline AVIANCA, place a pressure on them and follow up the tracing of the luggage till we found them.

One of the best parts was the San Blas Islands. The setting was beautiful. Food was OK but the accommodations and excursions were excellent. THE MOST ROMANTIC LOCATION W HAVE EVER BEEN! Boquette was also fabulous. Our hotel was absolutely perfect! I am SO glad we did not stay at the Boquette Tree House! We went there for the bridges but would have felt totally isolated if we had stayed for three days. Rainbows in Boquette were so breathtaking! The Bristol Hotel was outstanding! The location was perfect but after staying a bit rustic in San Blas it was great to have the comforts of home!
The best parts:
Organization of the trip. Driver in Panama City. All the guides. Very patriotic and encouraged about their country.
The worst parts:
One minor mix up with a driver to our final departure. The hotel in Boquette was excellent and helped us immediately.
