Situated on the Berounka River , the little town of Nizbor would resemble one of the many sleepy Czech towns if it didn't have one of the most traditional industries in the region, still in operation: the manufacture and blowing of Bohemian crystal. If you want to buy crystal, that is cheaper than in Prague and you're sure where it comes from, or just to discover the creation process, then come to Nizbor.
However, never personally being attracted by crystal, I didn't really retain anything exceptional from my passing through Nizbor. For some the visit to the manufacturers is interesting, but to those who aren't passionate about crystal or its manufacture, I would recommend that you carry on your way.
