In the afternoon, you’ll visit the Temple of Literature (Van Mieu in Vietnamese), situated in the place once known as the first university of Vietnam. Built in 1070 by emperior Ly Thanh Tong, the university was first opened for princes and mandarins exclusively. With its ancient courtyards, altars and roofs, Van Mieu is a very fine example of Vietnamese architecture. Then, you will set off from Sword Lake, passing by Hang Hanh - the famous coffee street and heading towards the Catholic Church. Wandering in these peaceful alleys, your eyes will catch the daily scenes of street vendors quietly napping in the shade or a motorbike taxi-driver (or xe om in Vietnamese) sleeping precariously on his bike. Then, suddenly you will again find yourself in a noisy and busy street. Throughout the tour, your senses will be bombarded with a cascade of different sights, sounds, smells and characters that harmonize to the music of life in Hanoi.
After dinner at Home restaurant, you'll venture on the vespa throughout the small alley around the Old Quarter, witness the vibrant nightlife and arrive at Ba Dinh square where Ho Chi Minh Museum is located to attend the flag-folding ceremony with the local. Then we process to the coffee shop nearby the railway, enjoy the local Egg coffe/Ca Phe Sua Da while watching the old-age train goes by. Then you'll return to your hotel for overnight stay.

Today we escape all the noises and crowd of big city and allow yourself to explore and live close to local people! You are the only stranger amongs the beautiful villages with warm welcome of Muong Ethnic village in West of Hanoi. Our tour guide will pick up you and we have 1.30- hour driver toward the hillside of Hanoi. Arrive in the first host, he is a veteran in Vietnam War and the owner of a large tea farm. He also is an expert on handling the raw tea leaves and he will introduce you how to make a good green tea before selling. You will have great time listening to the host’s stories and his life in Vietnam war, besides, enjoying great tea with green lentils or lotus seeds that made by his family. Then you visit the 30-year-old tea plantation in Ri Village. This is a green and peaceful place that to enjoy beautiful scenery of the village. This Tea Plantation is play important for providing tea products for the whole north of Vietnam. You will have a chance to help local family to harvest tea leaves, you will know how to pick the best part of the tea tree to make the most wonderful beverage as Vietnam traditional tea.
After another short drive in 10 minutes, you arrive at your second host family and help her prepare lunch. She will show you how to cook Vietnamese food, and you have great time to enjoy lunch with food you done. After lunch, you have time to walk (or bicycle) around the village to explore local culture and you will visit the local workshops. May be you will learn how to make tofu, make traditional conical hat in Vietnam, unshell the rice and may be see the workshop of local hammerer who is working there for 70 years and makes and fixes all the farming tools in the village. You have a cycling tour for 1 hour or with mobile taxi venturing through beautiful rice fields and villages. You can find out daily life of local people and interact with them. We back to Hanoi in the late afternoon.

You will head off today in the direction of Hai Phong to the Got Ferry Terminal - Cat Hai township via the newest and longest bridge in SouthEast Asia, arriving at the end of the morning. Upon arrival, you will travel by tender boat to the Peony Cruise to discover a different route to Halong Bay from Hai Phong. At lunch time, the cruise boat will set off to Da Chong Islet to where you will see a lighthouse built by the French. Have International Buffet Lunch while passing via the islets of Con Vit area, an untouched area where is belong to Cat Ba National Park. These amazing limestone karst formations rise up out of the sea in an impressive manner. You will have time to enjoy the sunset as well as the chance to join a traditional cooking class with the chef before dinner. You’ll spend the night on the boat on Lan Ha Bay.

You can begin the day with an early morning Tai Chi class before enjoying your breakfast. After that, you will arrive Gia Luan, progress to Trung Trang cave by PEONY bus on Cat Ba island which is located in the middle of Cat Ba National Park with Kim Giao forest around the cave. Trung Trang Valley is the largest valley on Cat Ba Island. The valley covers an area of approximately 300 hectares, has a depth of 10m to 30m and is around 15km in the middle of Cat Ba National Park. It measures 300m lengthwise through the mountains. The cave was carved by nature for more than 2000 years and has many stalactites that take on various shapes that will awe and inspire visitors to use their imagination...
Then, back at the cruise boat, it will be time to enjoy a tea ceremony and a tasteful brunch while cruising back to the pier. You will disembark at the end of the morning and head back to Noi Bai airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, you’ll meet another local guide and be transferred to your hotel for check-in. You’ll spend the night in Ho Chi Minh City.

You will leave early in the morning for the Cu Chi Tunnels, located about 2 hours from Ho Chi Minh City. Originally dug by hand by the Viet Minh (Resistance Force) during the French-Indochina War, this network of underground tunnels was expanded during the Vietnam War. At its peak, it was 200 kilometers long, 3-to-4-meters deep, and was very well-equipped with meeting rooms, medical, and sanitary posts.
Today, it is one of the most important historical sites of the Vietnam War. You will begin the visit by watching a documentary on the tunnels and the war in the 60s-70s, and then you can pass through various narrow underground ducts in order to discover the many rooms: offices, kitchens, bunk rooms, weapons stores, and even hospitals. At the end of the tour, you will have the chance to taste a culinary specialty of Cu Chi, khoai my luoc (boiled cassava), a Vietnamese dish eaten daily during the war. After your visit, you will return to Ho Chi Minh City.
After lunch at a local restaurant, you will come back to visit the historical sites of Ho Chi Minh city. Depending on your interests, you can choose to visit the War Remnants Museum or the FITO Museum. The first exhibits US weapons and vehicles used during the Vietnam War, along with photos showing the consequences of this war and details of the chemical weapons that were used (caution: some images can cause discomfort). The FITO Museum, which is the largest private museum in the country, is dedicated to illustrating the history of traditional medicine in Vietnam. Followed by the old Post Office (built in the French Indochina era), Notre Dame Cathedral, Dong Khoi Street - a wide avenue lined with luxurious shops and hotels. After that, you will discover the city’s Chinatown (Cholon), where Binh Tay international market and Thien Hau pagoda are located. After that, you'll travel back to your hotel for overnight stay.

Early in the morning, you will reach the wonderful Nam Cat Tien National Park, a vast area of more than 70,000 hectares and home to 600 varieties of plants, 240 birds and 50 mammals. Cat Tien National Park is a vast lowland tropical forest and biosphere reserve in southern Vietnam. It’s home to centuries-old trees, botanical gardens and recreational trails. The park also shelters diverse wildlife, from reptiles at Crocodile Lake to endangered primates and rare birds.
In the afternoon, you will go on a 4-hour hike in the heart of the park to learn about the species it contains before being driven to your lodge.

You will leave in the morning for a hike in Nam Cat Tien National Park and discover the lake which is home to crocodiles. At the end of the visit, you will have free time for lunch. In the afternoon, you will continue with a walking tour that will take you to the island of Tien.

After breakfast, you'll have free time to relax until your guide and a private car arrive to pick you up at the lodge's lobby to travel to Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh City for your flight to Phu Quoc Island. Upon arrival, you'll be met and driven to your beach resort to check in. Then you will have time to rest and enjoy the beach.

This will be a fantastic opportunity to discover some palm-lined beaches and learn about the beautiful ecosystem. Around the island, you can enjoy snorkeling and swim in the pristine water (swimming and snorkeling will be done from the boat). You will then enjoy a lunch on board with a menu of fresh seafood before returning to the pier, where your driver will take you back to your hotel.
