When you arrive in Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh city, you will be met by your local guide and driver who will transfer you to your hotel. You’ll spend the night in Ho Chi Minh city.

After a late breakfast, you'll embark on a guided city tour starting with the War Remnants museum - a real eye-opener to a part of Vietnam's proud history, followed by the Reunification palace, the former Presidential palace for the president of the South of Vietnam, the Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post office to get good shots for our memory of the big, modern city of Vietnam. The trip also takes in Ben Thanh market for an insight into where locals shop.
At 18.00, embark on a part night excursion, part local street food. You will experience the nightlife of Saigon the way locals do, all from the back of a vintage Vespa scooter. Stops include drinks at Zoom cafe to watch the world go by, food and drinks at local restaurants (one stop for sea food and one stop for Southern food), samplings of Saigon best authentic street local food, a Vietnamese-style coffee shop (with live music). Guests ride pillion behind our drivers to enjoy and experience the Vietnamese night life with friends. You'll be taken back to your hotel at the end of the trip.

In the morning you will leave Ho Chi Minh city for Vinh Long in the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, visit its market in town where you will walk through the market to see local produce are on sales including, seafood, tropical fruits, vegetables. Embark on a private boat for cruising to visit brick- kilns where you can see how the local people create beautiful potteries from clay. Visit a nursery garden and meet with a famous farmer or his son who is very successful in Vietnam agriculture.
He will invite you to sample seasonable fruits from his garden and homemade local vodka. Then take a rowing sampan along small creeks before cruising to your homestay on An Binh Island for a traditional music show. Next up is cycling along village paths to see the local farms, houses, real life and the ancestral ways of picking up fruits in Mekong Delta. Return to your homestay where you can join hand and help the host to prepare and cook some dishes for dinner. Overnight in private room(s) of a local house in the Mekong Delta.

Get up early and travel by boat to Cai Be colourful floating market, cruising among local barges full of fruits and vegetables.
Then, an optional stop can be made at local workshops where you can see how to make rice paper, coconut candy and pop-rice, pop-corn, rice-net for spring-rolls, fish sauce and soya sauce, cooking salt, sewing coconut-leaves for cottage roof. The cruise will end at Cai Be town where your vehicle will transfer you back to Ho Chi Minh city with lunch break en-route.

After breakfast, you will drive to Cu Chi tunnels where you will visit the amazing network of underground tunnels was used during the Vietnam War by the Viet Cong. This huge construction was a habitation for villagers in the war time. With 3 levels of depth, it was never discovered by the US during the Vietnam War despite its proximity to Saigon. Visit the fighting tunnel system with your local guide.
You will return to Ho Chi Minh city after lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to Ho Chi Minh’s airport for a short flight to Danang. When you arrive, you will be met by another driver who will transfer you along the coastal road to your homestay in Hoi An.

At 09:00, your guide will be met at your hotel and start the street food adventure by bicycle to Tan An central market. Visit the bustling food hall where you can see a huge array of home-cooked street foods. Stroll around the market, learn how local people purchase the essential ingredients for their daily meals and buy some for dishes which will be prepared afterward at a local home. Continue to a local family where they make the famous White Rose dumpling and see how the dish sold in every restaurants and food stalls in Hoi An being made at home. Head to another local family making 'Mi Quang' noodle and learn the process in making the well-known noodle dish originating from the central region.
Another short bicycle ride will take you to another local home in the peaceful and beautiful countryside. Refresh with a cool drink. You will then prepare the ingredients for your dishes and start the hands-on on food experience with the local family. Sample the foods prepared by the local family and your own-prepared foods. Bidding farewell to the host family and ride to the Ancient Quarter of Hoi An where your guide will give you a proper show-around of the old town. You will also follow the narrow lanes, meander through tiny streets studded by houses influenced by Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures.

This half day trip adventure is ideal for children which provides your family with a close-up and intimate exposure to both the local farming and fishing communities. Accompanied by your local tour guide, you commence the day with a gentle cycling along country roads witnessing local Vietnamese rural life first hand, discovering all manner of photo opportunities - coming and visiting a beautiful organic vegetable village, watering and planting vegetable, hoeing a soil with local farmer, riding a water buffalo in a rice paddy field; seeing ducks swimming along the rice farm or farmers tending their crops. The photo opportunities are endless.
You will also experience the friendliness of the local people greeting you en-route. Later you will board a boat for a river cruise to meet and engage with local fishermen and enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing. You will also experience paddling the unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat while the waterways of coconut palm paradise – and your kids must love this too. This tour provides you with a cultural window into the ways of life of both our farming and fishing communities. After a simple yet tasty lunch on the boat, return to your hotel at around 14.00. The remainder of the afternoon will be your own! Overnight in Hoi An.

This moring your time will be your own to explore Hoi An. In the afternoon you will then drive north to the royal city of Hue, enjoy the view of the coast line and Danang from the top of the Hai Van (pass of the Clouds) makes your journey interesting and have your camera ready for some great photo opportunities. Arriving in Hue in the late afternoon and overnight.

After breakfast, you'll spend the full day for a city tour of imperial city of Hue, firstly with the ancient walled citadel including the former imperial palace. You'll then visit the Dong Ba market to learn about local produce and specialties of Hue.
Eat lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will cruise the Perfume river by a dragon boat to serene Thien Mu pagoda and drive to visit the majestic royal tomb of King Ming Mang and King Khai Dinh. In the evening, head to Hue railway station for an overnight train to Hanoi. Overnight on the train.

When you arrive in Hanoi railway station at noon, you will be greeted and transferred to your chosen hotel in Hanoi city center for check-in.
In the afternoon you'll set off on a city tour including the Temple of Literature - Vietnam’s first university dating back to 1070; Ngoc Son temple and Hoan Kiem lake - this temple is set on a tiny island on Hoan Kiem lake, its history dating back to the 13th century; a cyclo ride for 1 hour touring through the narrow, chaotic streets of the Old Quarter - a must for any visitor to Hanoi. Finally your kids would love watching a traditional performance of Vietnamese water puppets - a must see place for all foreigners to Hanoi!

After breakfast, a two hour road trip through picturesque countryside and agricultural land will take you to Hoa Lu. On arrival, your guide will lead you through this ancient complex which formed the capital city of Vietnam under both the Dinh and Le Dynasties between 968 and 1009 AD. King Dinh Tien Hoang chose this mountain location as the water systems fed from the mountains were perfect for both agriculture and defense. Enjoy the sight of palaces, pagodas, tombs and pavilions built by different dynasties and visit the Dinh and Le Temples, the two remaining architectures of Hoa Lu. From there, hop on your bike for a 10km gentle ride through some of the most stunning landscapes in the countryside. Bike on picturesque back roads, through rice fields and along streams before lunch at a local restaurant near Tam Coc.
In the afternoon, take a three hour sampan ride along the waterways of Tam Coc. Known locally as the ‘Halong Bay of the land,’ this winding river way is dotted with gorgeous limestone karsts with endless photo opportunities. You will also visit Bich Dong Pagoda comprising three pagodas located at different levels on a green mountain and the setting of the French film ‘Indochine’. You will return to Hanoi in the late afternoon.

At 08.00, you will be picked up at your hotel and start the scenic 3.5 hour drive to Halong bay, one of the most spectacular UNESCO world heritage areas and the world's largest marine limestone "karst" landscape. Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta countryside and have a short break en-route. Meet the crew upon boarding the traditional wooden junk, then relax and enjoy lunch while the boat heads towards the secluded islands. You will visit a famous ancient limestone cave in the middle of the bay where you’ll discover magnificent stalagmites and stalactites as you walk along the lit paths on a guided tour.
Transfer by tender to visit Titop island for swimming, relaxing on the beach or hike up to the top of the island for photo opportunities – don’t forget to take a family photo on the top of Titop Island as the view is stunning. Spend about 60 minutes on this island - Towels will be supplied. Return to the junk refreshed and and relax on sundeck with a drink to watch the sunset. You might consider joining the cooking demonstration and learn how to cook Vietnamese traditional dishes. Evening enjoy a freshly prepared seafood dinner under the stars. Overnight on a traditional junk boat in Halong bay.

Enjoy an early swim/or morning Taichi, followed by breakfast. Visit a fishing village by a rustic rowing-boat, meet the local people and pass through the floating school and pearl farms.
