Going through little villages and stopping at the best beaches like Castara or Charlotteville, it will give you a very promising idea of the general Tobago scenery. Arriving in the North, you’ll discover the little village called Speyside, at which end is situated your hotel, the Blue Waters Inn.
Your hotel is situated on a very secluded beach apart from the main Speyside bay. You can choose to go diving with the diving centre situated inside the hotel. VIP service guaranteed! If you’re lucky, you’ll even be swimming with Manta rays, very frequently seen at Speyside. I personally spend half an hour swimming with a mother and a baby Manta Ray.
Charlotteville is such a lovely place that one day to discover it will be too short. During your first day, do not forget to spend some time at Pirate’s beach with its incredible staircase!
While in Charlotteville, if it’s the turtle laying or hatchling season, you’ll easily find a boat and a guide who will be happy to take you to the secluded beaches that see their yearly come-backs.
On this last day of your trip, you’ll head back to the South, give your Jimnys keys back to the rental agency and head directly to Storebay, minutes from the rental office and from the airport.
