Arrival in Bangkok. Enjoy a VIP welcome upon arrival at the airport where our staff will be waiting for you with a personalized signboard and assist you to a fast track immigration. Meet and Greet by an English-speaking guide who will then lead you to a vehicle for a transfer to your hotel, Pullman Bangkok Hotel G. Transfer to lunch at the Supatra River House Restaurant, a beautiful traditional Thai house on the banks of the Chao Phraya River where you will savor a popular dish of fried garlic and pepper chicken (Gai Gratiem).
Afternoon: A fun boat ride on the khlongs (canals). Explore picturesque canals lined with houses on stilts in a part of Bangkok and a stop at the Wat Arun or The Temple of Dawn, a unique architecture with its 74-meter high central spire (Prang) adorned with million pieces of colorful porcelains which make the temple considered one of the most beautiful Buddhist temples in Bangkok.
Morning: After an early breakfast, you will be driven to the floating market of Damnoen Saduak, where vendors paddle their boats along the canals to sell fresh food, fruits and vegetables. You will be transported by a motor canoe through the floating market and canals with the houses on stilts lining along the banks.
Afternoon : Discovery of Bangkok. To experience and immerse yourself in the daily life of the Bangkok, one of the most animated megacities of Asia, you will take the Skytrain (BTS) to the pier of water taxis. Get transported by a water taxi up the Chao Phraya River to the Grand Palace in the historic district of Bangkok that is lined with large avenues. Within the compound of the Palace, visit Wat Phra Kaew which houses the sacred Emerald Buddha, one of the most revered Buddha image in the kingdom. Then, continue to Wat Pho where an imposing reclining Buddha gilded 45 meters long is housed.
Morning: Depart for Samut Sakhon to visit the vineyards of Siam Winery. Tour the facilities of the largest wine producer in Southeast Asia and learn about the winemaking processes that make Thai wines special.
Afternoon: Visit the unique "floating" vineyards. Located in the river delta, the vines are planted on small islets surrounded by canals, a technique that is unique to this region. Return to Bangkok at the end of the afternoon.
Morning: Depart for Khao Yai to visit the wine region, Valley of Asoke. The first vineyard, PB Valley, is located at the foot of the national park that is a UNESCO’s World Heritage Site.
Afternoon: After lunch, visit the GrandMonte Winery. Covering 16 hectares, their vineyard plants a variety of grapes namely Syrah, Tempranillo, Chenin Blanc and Colombard. Tour of the estate (weekend only) and wine tasting.
Morning: Approximately, a 2-hour drive to the ancient capital Ayutthaya. Explore the historic capital of Siam, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and its remarkable archaeological sites. Immerse yourself in the history of this ancient city by visiting its main temples: Wat Phanan Choeng, Wat Phra Si Sanphet, a royal temple built in the 15th century, and Wat Lokayasutharam where a reclining Buddha of 42 meters long is housed.
Afternoon: Continue your visit and check-in at Sala Ayutthaya.
Morning: Departure for Phitsanulok with a stop at Ang Thong where you will have an opportunity to visit a well-known temple, Wat Sa Kaeo and its orphanage, as well as participate in a reproduction of miniature boats, famous throughout the country. Continue to the small town of Uthai Thani where you will go aboard a traditional rice barge on the Tha Chin River and enjoy a tasty bowl of "Kuay Teow" (noodle soup).
Afternoon: Continue your drive to Phitsanulok and get a taste of grilled insects (optional!), a great regional specialty. Check-in at Pattara Resort & Spa.
Morning : Continue your journey to Sukhothai and discover the amazing Sukhothai Historical Park, one of the most impressive UNESCO World Heritage Sites. A bike tour of the main ruins of the 13th century temples, including Wat Mahathat and Wat Sa Si. Savor the taste of "kluay kai", a dessert made from cooked bananas and eggs from the region.
Afternoon: Continue the journey towards Chiang Mai and enjoy a lunch stop in Lampang for a taste of local specialties. Enjoy watching the tropical fruit orchards along the way before arriving in Chiang Mai, the “Rose of the North”. Upon arrival, a fun Tuk Tuk ride to visit the old town of Chiang-Mai. Check-in at your hotel, Rachamankha Boutique Hotel.
Morning: Early in the morning, attend a Buddhist blessing ceremony by the monks. Continue to Mount Doi Suthep which is more than 1,000 meters above sea level, overlooking the city. Visit the traditional teak house of Mae Janfong. Enjoy picking fresh herbs and vegetables from the vegetable garden before joining a cooking class when you will get to prepare your lunch.
Afternoon: You will end your day with an authentic Thai massage, relieving any muscle aches and relax!
Morning: An early morning start to an elephant sanctuary. Beautiful panoramas await you all along the way. At the elephant sanctuary, learn from the mahouts how elephants are cared for and trained to respond as well as to work in the teak forests. The day continues with a stroll to the colorful and bustling market of Mae Malai. A visit to an orchids nursery where you will find more than 50 different species with brilliant colors and in bloom all year round. At lunch time, taste the delicious "moo sap bai krapao" (stir-fried minced pork with Thai basil) that will leave you speechless!
Afternoon: Transfer to Chiang Mai Train Station for a special night aboard a sleeper train to Bangkok.
Morning: Early morning arrival in Bangkok and transfer to Hua Hin, a charming seaside resort, south of the capital. Visit the Hua Hin Hills Vineyard, also known as Monsoon Valley Vineyard. Explore the vineyard by jeep and enjoy a wine tasting of the Monsoon Valley Premium range. Lunch at the “Sala", a traditional Thai pavilion overlooking the picturesque vineyard.
Afternoon: After lunch, transfer to your hotel.
Relax and enjoy the sunny days on the beach or swim in a warm sea. Visit local craft markets of this charming seaside town where the royal family has their summer palace since in the old days.
