Trip review
Patagonia

loved their trip to Patagonia

We went from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia, then to El Calafate and Puerto Natales, back to El Calafate and finally returning to Buenos Aires. I really enjoyed everything to be honest, it was amazing discovering new places and seeing different landscapes and sites. I feel so lucky to have been able to learn about Tierra del Fuego and Patagonia, all the guides were exceptionally knowledgeable and seemed to know everything about all the places we went. It was fantastic to see the Perrito Moreno glacier, we went on the train to the end of the world in Ushuaia, we saw the Torres del Paine national park and the Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers in Chile...we definitely did a lot in the amount of time that was available to us, so I really appreciate the itinerary that you made for us.

Best parts:
It was very well organised, and everyone was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Overall we were really happy and I'd definitely use this company again in the future and recommend it to others. Thanks for everything!
Worst parts:
The only thing was that the hotel in El Calafate, The Rochester, is really far out of the town, it took us 40 minutes each way and we're pretty fit and walk fast. They say they have a shuttle service available, however this wasn't really quite as it sounded. It was once an hour from the hotel to the center and once an hour from the center to the hotel, starting from 5:30pm and finishing at 8:30pm, so basically you had about three chances to get to the center, and three chances to get back, using it. We used it to get back a couple of times, however there were only 14 places so you had to be there very early for your place in the queue. It would have been nicer to stay a bit closer to the center. Also it's a bit of a small point but it'd have been really nice if all the hotels had tea/coffee making facilities. The first one did, and it was great, but none of the others provided it. When you're out all day dong things it's nice to be able to come back and have a cup of something when you're relaxing.
