Day 1: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport

Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport to meet our representative and be transferred to the hotel. Welcome drinks on arrival and briefing of tour program. 
Night at Hotel Shambala in Kathmandu.

Day 2: Sightseeing at Bouddhanath

After breakfast, start a full day of sightseeing at UNESCO heritage sites. Visit Bouddhanath, one of the holiest Buddhist pilgrimage sites in the world. You will also visit Patan Durbar Square, which is a distinct place for arts and architecture. Here you can see temples, monuments and palaces built during the Malla period between 16th, 17th and 18th centuries. Enjoy the view of Kathmandu from Syambhunath, a monkey temple above the valley. The rest of the day is free for you to explore!

Day 3: Remarkable place of natural beauty

After breakfast we will drive to Pokhara. It is around 6-7 hours drive from Kathmandu. Pokhara is a remarkable place of natural beauty, situated at an altitude of 900m. This enchanting town has several beautiful lakes and offers stunning panoramic views of Himalayan peaks. We will check into the hotel. In the evening, enjoy a stroll along the banks of Phewa Lake, admiring the stunning reflection of the Fish Tail Peak in the blue waters.

Days 4 to 5: Drive to Hemja and hike to Astam village

After breakfast we will drive around 40 minutes to Hemja for the start of our hike to Astam. The hike will take us approximately 3 hours. Astam is located on a small ridge at an altitude of 1600 metres, allowing visitors a 360 degree panorama of the Annapurna and Manaslu mountain range, as well as Pokhara Valley. On arrival at your hotel, an organic lunch will be served. After lunch you have the opportunity to visit the surrounding farmland and participate in any activities that may be taking place.

Day 6: Hiking to the World Peace Pagoda

Enjoy a spectacular view of the sunrise in the early morning. After breakfast, we will hike down to Hemja and then take an hour drive to Pokhara, where you will check into your hotel. After some rest and refreshments in the hotel, we will start our half day of sightseeing. We will visit Bindhyabasini Temple, Gupteshower Cave, popular for the different natural forms made from limestone deposits, and Devi’s Fall. Later there will be an opportunity for some boating on Phewa Lake and a short hike to the World Peace Pagoda. Enjoy the beautiful view of Pokhara city and the Himalayas from Stupa.

Day 7: Typical Nepali dinner with cultural show

We will drive back to Kathmandu, a journey of between 6 and 7 hours, and check into the hotel where you will be offered refreshments. In the evening we will go for a typical Nepali Dinner, including a performance from a local group.

Day 8: Departure day

Approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight, our representative will transfer you to the airport for final departure to your home country.
