Day 1: Arrival At Yangon Airport

On Arrival at Yangon airport, meet with our guide and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy the walking tour around downtown area Mahabandoola Park, City Hall, High Court and other colonial buildings etc. Afterwards, visit Botataung Pagoda, a famous landmark on Yangon’s waterfront, a harbor area around the Pagoda where the boats leave for the nearby towns. In the late afternoon, visit Shwedogon Pagoda which is famous for its religious significance, artistic beauty and its association combined with Myanmar culture.

Day 2: The Colorful Nyaung Oo Market

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to airport for the flight to Bagan. On arrival Bagan, direct sightseeing to the colorful Nyaung Oo Market; Shwezigon Pagoda, the prototype of later Myanmar stupas; Kyansittha Umin, a tunnel with interesting paintings; Wetkyi-in Gubyaukkyi Temple, with fine mural paintings of Jataka scenes and Htilolinlo Temple, noted for its plaster carvings. Afterwards, transfer to the hotel and check-in.

​In the afternoon visit lacquer work shop, Manuha Temple, built in Mon style in 1059, Nanphaya Temple, a unique sandstone monument that is said to have been palace of King Manuha and Dhammanyangyi Temple the most massive temple in Bagan. End of the day, enjoy the sunset from Shwe San Daw Pagoda.

Day 3: Bagan Sightseeing

After breakfast at the hotel, sightseeing by horse carriage around the ancient Pagodas and Temples. Visit Ananda Temple , an architectural masterpiece resembling a Greek cross and Anada Okkyaung, a brick monastery with 18th Century mural paintings. Afternoon visit Minanthu Village area. Tour highlights: Laymyethna Pagoda and Monastery, Payathozu Temple, with the colorful paintings, Nandapinnya Temple together with cave monastery and Tayokepyay Temple, noted for its plaster carvings.

Day 4: Visit Mandalay Monuments

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Mandalay (3 hour, 192km). Upon arrival at Mandalay, transfer to the hotel and check in. Then, visit Gold leaf making workshop, the venerable Mahamuni Pagoda, marble works, wood carving and tapestry works.Afternoon sightseeing of Mandalay includes Shwe Kyaung (Golden Palace) Monastery, noted for its exquisite wood carving, Kuthodaw Pagoda, the World’s Biggest Book for its stone slabs of Buddhist scriptures and enjoys the sunset at the Mandalay Hill, advantaged point for a panoramic view of the city.

Day 5: Mingun By Boat

After breakfast at the hotel, boat excursion to Mingun across the Ayeyarwaddy River. Tour highlights include; the huge unfinished Mingun Pagoda, Mingun Bell which weights 90tons, and Myatheindan Pagodas with seven concentric terraces at the base. Return back to Mandalay. Then continue to Sagaing by driving over Inwa (Ava) Bridge across the Ayeyarwaddy river. Tour sightseeing includes; Ywahtaung village, Kaungmudaw, enormous solid dome shaped pagoda, and picturesque Sagaing Hill, a retreat for Buddhist devotees with numerous pagodas and monasteries. Enjoy the sunset at 1.2km long U Bein wooden Bridge.

Day 6: Tour of Inle Lake

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for the flight to Heho. Arrive at Heho airport, transfer to Nyaung Shwe Jetty and take the boat to Inle Lake. In the afternoon sightseeing tour of Inle Lake including a chance to see the leg-rowing Inthars’ fishermen and and the floating gardens that built up from strip of water and mud and anchored to the bottom poles. Continue to visit Nga Phe Kyaung village to visit teak monastery containing 16th and 17th century Lacquer Buddha Images.

Day 7: Boat excursion 

After breakfast at the hotel, visit the market which is rotated in five places around the Inle region. Take the boat excursion along a small canal leading up to the village of Inn Dein and visit Shwe Indein Pagodas. Continue to visit Phaung Daw Oo Pagodas; the stilled village of Ywama to visit its silver smith workshops; Inn Paw Khone village where traditional silk waving is produced, Nam Pan Village with its cigar (cheroot) and blacksmith workshop. Overnight in Inle.

Day 8: Sightseeing Thittapin Taung

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the Heho airport for the flight to Kyainge Tong. Upon arrival in Kyainge Tong, transfer to the hotel. Evening sightseeing to Thittapin Taung, 245 years old tree planted by King Alaungpaya. Walk around the Naung Tong Lake. Overnight in Kyainge Tong.

Day 9: Heading To The North of Burma

Start the sightseeing to Kyainge Tong north direction – Kat Tauk area Pin Tauk – Pon Ping village, then trekking to see Akha with silver headdress & Ann tribes with black teeths. A brief stop to see Wan Kan Villagers making Sake’ Rice
Wine in traditional process. From Kat Tauk trun to visit Wan Lau village’s hand-making “Saa-Pulp” Shan paper works. Back to Kyainge Tong.

Day 10: Loi Mwe Trekking

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to 5542 feet high Loi Mwe hill-top town blanketed with misty and walk around the town, old British colonial governor’s house, hill top lake, cherry and peach wine shops & old Catholic Church. Short-cut trekking from the road to Ho-latt Akha village, Naung-Cho Wa village & Pangwai Lathu village. Back to Keng Tung. Overnight in Kyainge Tong.

Day 11: The Kyainge Tong Market

Morning Visit to the Keng Tung Market to see minority people shopping in the morning. Proceed to Shan lacquerware workshop, and Mahamuni Pagoda. Then transfer to the airport for the flight to Yangon. Transfer to the hotel and overnight.

Day 12: Transfer to Mrauk U

In the late morning, transfer to the airport for the flight to Sittwe. Upon arrival in Sittwe, transfer to the jetty for the boat rdie to Mrauk U.

Day 13: Mrauk U And Its Surroundings

Visit Shittaung temple built by the thirteenth king of Mrauk-U dynasty called Minbargyi. Shittaung meaning is 80,000 Buddha images in anticipation of Buddha who will come into the future and then very close to Shittaung temple is Andaw Thein Ordination Hall in which Buddha tooth-relic was enshrined. It is said to have been obtained from Sri Lanka by King Minbin (1539-1542AD) and continue to visit Dukkan Thein Ordination Hall built like a fortress. It is one of the Rakhine Museum because there are sixty-four kinds of hair style in relief and see also Langbankpyauk Pagoda, locally known as “ plate pagoda” because there are some glaze flowers like a plate.

After lunch, proceed to Koethaung Pagoda (90000 Buddha Images) surrounded by paddy field. The biggest in size among the pagoda in Mrauk-U. After that, not very far from Koethaung, visit Pisei Pagoda. This pagoda belongs to Laymro dynasty (9-15 century). Sunset at Harrestaung Hill.

Day 14: Visit around Chaung Chin village

Morning depart for Nann Kyar village by car (30 minutes) and then 3 hours sailing up by boat along fantastic scenery up streaming Lay Myo river to Krit Chaung Chin village. Visit around the village to discover very wonderful Chin ladies with tattooed faces with very beautiful exciting scorpion web tattooed pattern and their simple ways of life. Proceed to Pann Paung Chin village to discover some more Chin tattooed ladies and have a picnic lunch in Chin village at the river side with fascinating river view. Return downstreaming (2.30 hours) to the jetty and drive back to the hotel.

Day 15: Transfer to Yangon

Morning transfer to the jetty for the boat ride back to Sittwe. Upon arrival in Sittwe, direct transfer to the airport for the flight to Yangon.

Day 16: Departure

After breakfast at the hotel, visit Chaukhtetgyi reclining Buddha Image and Scott market where is a collection of Myanmar traditional handicrafts and clothes. In the afternoon, transfer to the airport for the departure flight.
