See the mythical Boca Juniors soccer stadium. Contemplate the modernization of the city whilst traveling along “Madero Port” and its exclusive docks, full of excellent restaurants and large office buildings. Pass through the Retiro neighborhood and move on to see Palermo and its most exclusive residential area before finally arriving at Recoleta. Once there, discover the final resting place of Eva Peron, “Evita” and wander through Recoleta Cemetery where her remains are to be found.

Depart in the morning from El Calafate, after 80 km you reach the western end of the Peninsula de Magallanes from where the walk along the walkways begins. Here you can spend the time you want to this amazing place, with various stops at panoramic points within the National Park.
The walkways are 3 km long. They are located at different levels and allow you to contemplate the glacier from different perspectives and balconies. Depending on the physical conditions, you can reach the lower balconies and near the glacier or stay on the first balconies easily accessible for anyone.
You get up to El Chaltén at about 10:45, after touring the village we will reach our Base of Operations, from there passengers can visit the village or take free walks along the self-guided trails that depart from El Chaltén and lead to the main viewpoints: Laguna Capri, Mirador del Fitz Roy, Mirador del Cerro Torre, Mirador de los Cóndores and Salto del Chorrillo, for which we will advise you on the different options depending on your fitness and give you maps of the enabled trails.
For lunch, we will give you a box lunch. At around 17 hrs. passengers must return to the meeting point, for the return to El Calafate with an eventual stop through the port of Bahía Túnel, on Lake Viedma, to pick up other passengers.

The departure from your hotel in Puerto Natales will be in the morning to make the first stop at Milodon Cave which is located 24 kilometers north of Puerto Natales. This natural monument is composed by three caverns and a rocky conglomerate called "Silla del Diablo". Later on, we will continue our excursion to Torres del Paine National Park. Once here we can see the beautiful landscape that surrounds us from Grey Lake view point.
A couple of kilometers later, we will go over Serrano bridge to continue to Grey lake sector. In this area, we can walk along the shore of Grey lake. If the conditions are good, we can keep walking until Grey view point.
When we go back to the parking lot, we will continue our excursion until a restaurant to rest and have lunch (Lunch is not included in our service).
Once we are ready, we will begin the second part of our visit in Torres del Paine National Park, heading to Salto Grande sector. We will visit Nordenskjold lake view point and we will continue enjoying the spectacular views of this sinuous route which will approach us to Amarga Lagoon area. Before that, we will visit Paine waterfall which is a beautiful place where we can see the turquoise waters that come from Paine river. After enjoying this pleasant show, we will return to Puerto Natales, but before we will stop at Sarmiento lake view point to take the last picture of Torres del Paine National Park.

Magellan Explorer is a new and modern expedition vessel custom build for our Antarctic air-cruises. She was built in Chile to the latest Polar Code specifications. For our air-cruises, Magellan Explorer has capacity for 73 passengers accommodated in seven categories of accommodation, including dedicated single cabins. All cabins except Porthole cabins feature private balconies. All double cabins except two have two twin beds that can be configured as one king-size bed. All other cabins have two twin beds that can be configured as one queen-size bed.
All cabins feature a wardrobe, individually controlled heating system, a sitting area, and a private bathroom with shower. The ship features a glass-enclosed observation lounge and presentation room with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, a spacious and stylish dining room, a well-stocked bar, a library, a meeting room, a gym, a sauna, and a medical clinic.
